Great apartment

Convenient location. Easy to get into town with buses (or a 20 minute walk), small supermarkets and some restaurants nearby. Fairly quiet (there was some work going on upstairs whilst we were there but their hours weren’t antisocial). Helpful host and the apartment was equipped with everything a guest would need- umbrellas, night lights, kitchen and bathroom well stocked etc. Very comfortable. Nice patio.

It is a basement apartment so it did lack a bit of light and it was slightly damp perhaps but we were happy.

Fantastic base to explore Salzburg

Spacious, clean, fantastic location, easy to get the bus into the centre of Salzburg. Sabine was a fantastic hostess, meeting us on arrival to show us around and gave us tips for places to go.

Beautiful inside and out plus walkable to all the major sites!

Very clean and spacious. The garden was an added bonus. Walking distance to Old Town Salzburg and the Castle plus many shops and restaurants. Sabine was very friendly and helpful, supplied us with a map and told us how to get everywhere.

Perfect house for Salzburg trip!

Everything of the apartment is perfect! The house has a bath tub and the host is kind enough to provide 3 types of sea salts so it’s very relaxing. The house is pretty inside out! There is Italian restaurant nearby and it’s really good!

The Location is within a short walk to two supermarkets, and to the old city. Our host was in touch with use well before we arrived to co-ordinate availability, and answer any questions. The Apartment is very pleasant and done and maintained to very high standards - we didn't want to leave. Close to the city, and very quiet.

Cozy Stay

This apartment has everything you need, and is very cozy. It is only a 10 minute or less walk to the city center. Sabine is a great and very friendly hostess. She gave us many food and wine recommendations, which included the best meal we had in Austria. Don't hesitate to book!

A great place to stay in Salzburg

Beautiful appartment, very comfortable and well furnished. A private parking is a plus when you arrive by car. The owner was really nice and helpful and there was a lot of nice attentions in the appartment. It is very easy to go to the center by bus or it is a 30 mn walk if you prefer. By far one of the best place I have stayed in all my travels.

Lovely property and superb hostess who clearly puts a lot of effort into providing an excellent "home" for travelers. The property feels more like you are staying at someone's (sparkling clean) house than an impersonal hotel. All amenities are provided and walkable to the old town. Highly recommend!

Fabulous option

The best is Sabine, the owner. Charming, pleasant, willing to help and advise on possible activities and visits. The apartment, perfect. Everything new and very functional, with many details. Spacious, with a very nice garden and in a very quiet neighbourhood but in 10 minutes walking you can reach the historic centre. Without a doubt, if I return to Salzburg I will not consider another option

Le logement est très agréable, très propre, au calme et parfaitement équipé. Sabine est une hôte très aimable, prévenante et flexible. Elle nous a par exemple permis d'arriver une heure plus tôt et de partir une heure plus tard. Comme elle vit sur place, la communication était personnelle, rapide et simple, ce qui est plutôt rare de nos jours. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Ein herausragendes Apartment

Selten habe ich so eine umfassend ausgestattete Ferienwohnung gesehen. Alles perfekt sauber und genau wie auf den Bildern. In der Wohnung ist alles, vom Salz bis zur Küchenwaage, besser als zu Hause! Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten verleihen einen besonderen Touch, so finden sich in der Wohnung Schuhputzzeug, ein Soda Stream, Kaffesorten und sogar Milch war im Kühlschrank. Eine Auswahl an Stylingzubehör war neben dem Fön vorhanden, genauso wir Shampoo, Duschgel, Bodylotion und Wattestäbchen. Dieses Apartment war besser ausgestattet als jedes Luxushotel, aber die Herzlichkeit der Vermieterin war der eigentliche Luxus. Der vorab Kontakt war unglaublich nett, die Restaurant Empfehlung von Frau Sabine hervorragend und der check in einfach, pünktlich und sehr sehr nett. Betten und Bettwäsche sind bequem, die Lage zur Innenstadt hervorragend, trotzdem ruhig und der Parkplatz im Hof ist in dieser Lage Gold wert. Mit dem Taxi waren wir ab dem Anruf in 10 Minuten beim großen Festspielhaus. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen und fand es schade, dass wir nur eine Nacht hier verbracht haben.

Charmante Wohnung mit viel Komfort in ruhiger und stadtnaher Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Zwei großzügige Schlafzimmer mit guten Betten und ausreichend großen Schränken. Die Küche bietet ebenfalls jeden Komfort, Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher, großer Kühlschrank, Backofen etc. Für den ersten Kaffee am Morgen gibt es einen schönen Stehtisch mit zwei Hocker. Das Bad biete angenehm Platz für vier Personen. Neben einer Dusche gibt es eine Badewanne und ein großes Waschbecken. Zudem gibt es ein separates WC. Das Wohn-/Esszimmer bietet mit zwei Sofas ebenfalls ausreichend Platz für vier Personen. Bei schlechtem Wetter kann der großer Flachbildschirm genutzt werden. Die charmante Außenterrasse konnte aufgrund der eisigen Temperaturen leider nicht genutzt werden. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand und war auch sehr sauber. Es steht ein Aussenparkplatz zur Verfügung. Sabine ist eine sehr angenehme Gastgeberin.
