Casa Wendl

Very friendly and helpful host, 2 cosy rooms with comfortable double-beds plus a kitchen and dining room area. Extra infused water. Extra ventilators for the heat wave days.

The street is the main road between Salzburg and its airport, so it is a bit noisy with huge trucks, but with closed bedroom windows and an opened kitchen window we could sleep well even during the 2026 summer heat wave.

Easy self check-in with a lockbox, very clean, tons of outlets to charge your devices, lots of storage and hangers in the bedroom, spacious living room and kitchen. It was really nice to have a washing machine. Great shower with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. There is a bus stop almost right outside the apartment so it is easy to get around Salzburg and connect to the train.

The toilet room is very small and your knees will hit the wall.

The place was very quiet, spacious and clean. Close to supermarket. Not far from the city. Parking was easy.

It would have been nice if there was a detergent for washing machine.. (maybe there was, I could not find it). But overall, I am very satisfied.

⭐️ A wonderful stay — felt just like home! We had a wonderful stay in this cozy apartment. The location is excellent, with a supermarket just a short walk from the house, which was very convenient. The apartment itself is warm, comfortable, and feels like a real home. Everything you could possibly need is there, making it very easy to relax and enjoy your stay. A special thank you to the very pleasant and welcoming owner Dominik, who gave us lots of useful advice and recommendations. It really made our visit even more enjoyable. We truly felt at home and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! ❤️
