Our stay was enjoyable and the host was very attentive and communicative. We would stay here again.

Located close to grocery stores and gas stations as well as restaurants. We walked to downtown, but it is two miles. The bus is close, though.

Comfortable with easy public transport and access to food shops

Ease of transport to and from city's centre . Tiny but good layout of appartment. Reasonably quiet considering set off a main road. No sleep disturbance. Loved that got a washing machine. Easy walking distance Billa food store and Hofer = Aldi both open part of Sunday. Pharmacist up past Hofer at Karolingerstr - ensure you provide full info on existing medications

Pots and pans more suitable for an Indian wedding than max two people. Asked the landlady for a couple of decent pots but she was adamant not going to get them. Can cook in them but not practival. No proper containers for microwave or storage of food.

Freundliche Gastgeberin, eigener Parkplatz, Bad und WC getrennt

Im Sommer leider nicht optimal gewesen für uns, da wir mit offenem Fenster aufgrund des Straßenlärms und des Zigarettenrauchs und mit geschlossenem Fenster aufgrund der Hitze nicht schlafen konnten. Das Wohnzimmer ließ sich für die 3. Person zudem nicht abdunkeln. Da die Unterkunft trotzdem nicht gerade günstig war, hat insgesamt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis durch den Schlafmangel leider für uns nicht ganz gestimmt.

Wir haben uns in Innsbruck auch dank Ruth und der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ruth hat uns persönlich begrüßt und uns zu Beginn mit allen erforderlichen Informationen versorgt. Die Stadt war von der Unterkunft mit dem Bus 1 gut zu erreichen. Obwohl an der stark befahrenen Innsbrucker Bundesstrasse gelegen, war es in der Wohnung ruhig. Die Wohnung war optimal ausgestattet mit allem was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt erforderlich ist. Wir waren mit Ruth als Gastgeberin und der Wohnung sehr zufrieden.

Die Toilette war etwas zu klein.

Nichts für Geruchsempfindliche oder Allergiker

Die Wohnung ist gut strukturiert mit Küche plus Essecke und Schlafzimmer, sowie Badezimmer. War in der Nähe meines Veranstaltungsortes.

Abgesehen vom unangenehmen Tabakgeruch im Treppenhaus und beim Öffnen des Küchenfensters roch es in der Wohnung nach mehreren chemischen Gerüchen, die wohl den Tabakgeruch übertünchen sollten. Das Bettzeug war sogar mit Febreeze(?) besprüht worden, was beim Schlafen in die Nase stieg. Das dürfte gesundheitlich bedenklich sein. Den Kühlschrank sollte ich auf der Stufe 2 laufen lassen, weil sonst angeblich alles anfrieren würde. Hüpfen und Stepptanz sind in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt. Das Öffnen der Fenster bei Abwesenheit nicht erlaubt, obwohl auch anwinkelbar und geschützt, das Bad soll in die Wohnung gelüftet werden, also bleibt der chemische Geruch schön in der Wohnung....Solche Hinweise entziehen sich einer Beurteilung, auch wenn ich ihnen der Gastgeberin zu Liebe gefolgt bin. Komme nicht wieder.

Non vi era nessuna colazione compresa nel prezzo, ma lo sapevo già

I servizi igienici in quanto il WC era separato dal resto del bagno ed era in uno stanzino dove non ci si poteva neanche muovere. Questo non risultava dalle foto sul sito. L'aria condizionata risultava essere un ventilatore

Well-equipped and quiet apartment with great hosts - Ruhiges, gut gelegenes Apartment

The apartment is well located with a convenient bus connection to the city center. Check-in was smooth and the owners were very friendly, offering flexible key arrangements. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bedroom facing the back is quiet – sleeping with open windows was no problem. - Das Apartment ist gut gelegen mit schneller Busverbindung ins Zentrum. Der Check-in verlief problemlos, die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich und flexibel bei der Schlüsselübergabe. The parking space was quite tight. With a larger vehicle (SUV), I needed two spots – luckily, the second apartment was unoccupi - Der Parkplatz ist für größere Autos knapp bemessen. Mit meinem SUV brauchte ich zwei Plätze – zum Glück war das zweite Apartment nicht belegt.

Ich kann die Unterkunft von Ruth und Wolfgang zu 100% weiterempfehlen und würde immer wieder kommen!

Ich war für eine Fortbildung im Apartment von Ruth und Wolfgang zu Gast und habe mich dort rundum wohlgefühlt. Ruth ist eine ausgesprochen herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin – der Empfang war sehr warm und freundlich. Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen: Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht – und noch mehr. Von Duschgel, Shampoo und Conditioner über Bade- und Handtücher bis hin zur voll ausgestatteten Küche war an alles gedacht. Supermärkte wie Billa und Hofer waren nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Besonders gefreut habe ich mich über ein kleines, aber feines Detail: die Wahl zwischen zwei Kopfkissen – einem größeren und einem etwas flacheren. Eine schöne Geste, die zeigt, wie viel Wert hier auf das Wohlbefinden der Gäste gelegt wird. Liebe Ruth - vielen lieben Dank, ich komme wirklich sehr gerne wieder!!!

Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen war der Geruch von kaltem Zigarettenrauch im Stiegenhaus beim Betreten des Hauses. Zum Glück war davon in der Wohnung selbst absolut nichts zu bemerken.

Lovely apartment. Perfect for visiting Salzburg.

Lovely apartment with fully equipped kitchen. One double bed and a one single in the living room. Very friendly and helpful host and easily accessed by the number 2 bus from the main station in Salzburg. Several supermarkets within close proximity.

The key was very stiff in the lock to the main door of the apartment. Raised with the host who explained the key was new. A few restaurants nearby but much more choice in town.

Fully equiped, sizable apartment with convenient parking and friendly host.

Very friendly hostess with easy, responsive communication. I had some extra requests and Ruth was very accommodating. Convenient parking right in front of the building. Equiped kitchen with grocery stores nearby and nice to have a washing machine with dryer built in. The stairway has a cigarette order, but this does not effect the apartment as it is very clean and fresh.

There is a bit of street noise but this is to be expected with the central location. The linens and pillows could use an upgrade. The kindness and flexibility of the host outweighs any small dislikes.

Perfect place to stay in Salzburg

The apartment is well situated, just 20 minutes walk to downtown Salzburg or a 5 minute bus ride (the bus stop is right in front of the home). It is on a busy road, but you do not hear the noise when inside. The apartment is nicely equipped and was spotless. We enjoyed staying there, visiting not only the city centre, but the many sights around Salzburg which are all easily accessible from the apartment. Ruth gave us plenty of tips and responded extremely quickly to our questions.

All that is needed (especially during COVID)

The location was close to my business colleagues that I came to work with. It is a pleasant 40 minute walk to the Altstadt. One has everything one needs - (e.g. full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, ironing board and iron) in a small clean and bright space. The basics (a couple washer and dishwasher pods, coffee pods, paper towels, salt and pepper) and a full market is just around the corner. The host was friendly and responsive.

Better than the hotel

There was everything needed to live a day. It was like a small but all-equipped home. The host is friendly and caring for my family. Since the parking lot is right in front, it was easy to unload and load.

The smell of cigarettes in the hallway was terrible. The house was a bit hot, I opened all the windows, but a lot of bugs came in. I wish there is a laundry rack.
