Loved Salzburg. Fab property for a family and/or groups of friends. 10 minute walk into main centre.

Lovely big house. Was very cold outside during our visit ( -8 overnight and minus temperatures through the day). Heating system very good and hot water ready to go at all times. 3 showers across three bathrooms which was fab for our family - one for mum and dad, one for 20 yr old son, and one for 19yr old daughter.

Italian restaurant next door. Doors banging a LOT. Looked like staff walking from one building to another frequently at night time, during dining hours.

Fantastic stay in a really beautiful and spacious house with a lot of character!

We loved the house and the location. Good restaurants very close by which saved us walking into the city centre at night. Plenty of room for 4 guests but could accommodate more if required. Great kitchen and laundry facilities also

Perfect stay for our family on our Christmas Market trip

The location was quiet and about a mile from the attractions we were visiting (Christmas markets), but it was very walkable. Our family of 5 was very comfortable in the home. It was private and welcoming. The home was clean, the laundry for me is always a perk so I don't have to over pack. We went to the Italian restaurant across the street the first night, and the food was very good.

There was nothing that was of concern to us with regards to our stay. The upstairs bedroom across from the bathroom had squeaky floors, but that is really the only thing I can say that is negative & that's not much of a negative.

Fantastic accommodation very close to downtown Salzburg

The location was a short walk to the main old town Salzburg area. The hosts do a fantastic job setting up the place and providing instructions for everything in the apartment. Having the bedrooms on the second floor and living spaces on main floor was also nice: having that separation. Super close to a few different restaurants and stores. They also provide a (free) parking are for guests (though a couple blocks away). There is a driveway right by the apartment which was super handy to drop-off our luggage. It was mildly obvious where that area was once you looked for it. The apartment/house is slightly set back from the road with the entrance behind some bushes, which added a little uncertainty to the location and drop-off point.

The drop-off parking area was great to have, though a little narrow and tricky to navigate given the traffic, bikes and pedestrians paths you have to cross. Using a spotter to help get in and out is recommended for safety with all the moving parts.

A very nice house in the city with parking nearby

It was a great house, very well-appointed, everything was thought out. All three bedrooms were on the second floor. There was a wonderful garden behind the house, a very beautiful living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and coffee capsules, which is important.

It wasn't as close to the center as people write. The walk was about forty minutes. All three bedrooms were on the second floor. The pillows and small blankets were a bit uncomfortable... When we asked for extra blankets and pillows, they reluctantly brought us one... They said it was the standard size for blankets. I don't think that was such a big request.

We would highly recommend.

Location was great. We really appreciated having a well equipped kitchen and enjoyed bringing dinners home to eat, and light breakfasts before exploring Salzburg. The weather didn’t cooperate for us but there is a lovely, private back yard for relaxing and dining. Beds were comfy and we definitely made use of the laundry. Mr. Lee’s takeout restaurant, a few blocks from the house by the tunnel entrance, served excellent Thai food and Cavalli Vicino Italian restaurant right next door was a highlight as well (we tried linguine vongole, pizza and lasagne.) Super helpful staff at the management company.

Very convenient location, plentiful modern bathrooms

We loved being within walking distance of all of the wonderful sights in Salzburg, and the local SPAR supermarket. The bathrooms were very clean and updated and it was fantastic to have so many of them. The bedrooms were quite nice and the beds were comfortable. The dining area and adjacent living area allowed for communal gathering, and we appreciated all the hooks, racks and benches in the foyer for hanging wet raincoats and umbrellas.

It would have been nice to have enough dishwasher tabs for each night of our stay - we were only provided with one. It was great to have laundry but the dryer leaked - perhaps it was missing a gasket - so we needed to empty the collection tank frequently and put a towel beneath the door to catch the drips.

Simply the Best

Best accommodations of our whole trip! Awesome location! This place has everything you need and more. Fit our family perfectly. Comfortable, functional, and quiet. Loved our stay in Salzburg. Wish we could have stayed longer. And the backery just down the street and the restaurant across the street were both fabulous as well.

wonderful comfortable accommodations!

This apartment was wonderful! very comfortable and clean. there was lots of bathroom space with four different toilet spaces and 3 showers. Everything you’d need in the kitchen and smartly decorated as well as comfortable living spaces. We felt the hospitality even with no personal reception. management was easily accessible and quick to respond to our questions. thanks so much for a great stay!

A lovely trip, much helped by lots of sunny weather!

Lots of space, good location. Very helpful housekeeper when heating went off - although emergency phone numbers didn’t work!

Small thing, but larger mugs for tea would have been great! It would also have been good to have had clearer information as to how to get to a supermarket on a Sunday. Arriving late afternoon and not having a car, we had quite a walk to buy milk etc. Had we known how good the buses were it would have been easier.

A charming house in a quiet neighborhoods

A charming house with mostly modern furniture, very well equipped with kitchen tools. A bit far from the main attractions and 30+ minutes from the train station, but if the weather is not too bad, 20-30 minutes’ walk was not bad. Actually it was nice to stay in a quiet neighborhood amongst little shops and restaurants.

4 of us (all women) each had one bath towel and one face towel for 2 days. There are 3 bathrooms in the house and we had to carry around our own towels to wash hands. Considering the price paid for cleaning (20 euros per person), it would have been much more convenient to have at least a few hand towels in the bathrooms. There were also only 2 small dust bins in the house and even those were in the bathrooms.

Good

The house was very clean and everything needed was there. The intern design of the house is very lovely and there are 3 showers available. Unfortunately no bathtub. The host is very easy to reach and very kind.

The location is near a busy street. The traffic starts early in the morning and ends late in the evening. Near the house there's a hotel where the cars are coming and leaving constantly. The ground there is made of pebbles, which make a disturbing noise. In the garden we were missing light in the evening.

Perfect house with everything you could possibly need a stone-throw away from multiple bus stops

The house was wonderful! The kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms nice and toasty, or cool when needed. The 2 main bathrooms were of good size and there was a washer and dryer provided - everything you could possibly need. We stayed for 4 nights and our towels were changed after the 2nd night. The cleanliness was impeccable too! The house is located in a peaceful neighbourhood and a 10-15 minute walk from sights and sounds of city-centre. As a bonus, the Italian restaurant right opposite offers excellent food at very affordable prices!

Would have been nice if there was service to clear the trash when the towels were changed. I didn't remember reading anywhere that the house functions more like Airbnb than a usual booking.com place where cleaning services are provided.

Das Ferienhaus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Moderne Küche, gemütliche Schlafzimmer, bequeme Betten und sogar kleine Extras, die den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm machen.

Für den Preis gibt es was besseres.

Verkehrstechnisch war die Lage gut. Allerdings ist der Parkplatz 200m entfernt und eher für Kleinwagen geeignet. Das Haus ist angenehm geschnitten und hübsch eingerichtet.

Die Lage ist laut, sowohl vom Straßenverkehr her, gefühlt die ganze Nacht. Als auch das benachbarte Lokal. Biergarten Luftlinie keine 10 Meter, bis nach 24 Uhr. Der Trockner war voll Wasser, Steckdosen hingen aus der Wand, Uns ist etwas unter die Couch gerollt, total dreckig, Taschentücher, Chips, etc... und mindestens 5 mm Staub. Aber die Endreinigung extra berechnen.....? 35 € für einen Hund pro Tag zu verlangen ohne Vorwarnung finde ich zu viel, nach dem ja die Endreinigung auch mit 140,-€ auch noch dazukommt.

Die Lage ist genial und das Haus ist super groß und geräumig, Parkplatz ist dabei und nicht weit weg. Check-in war auch sehr entspannt und und einfach.

Es war leider wirklich, für den Preis (2400€ 4 Nächte), unglaublich schmutzig, Käfer im Bad im OG, Geschirrtücher mit Essensresten darauf, schimmel im Bad im Erdgeschoss und es wurde ganz offensichtlich nicht gesaugt bevor wir gekommen sind. Garten ditto. Die Föhne im Bad haben auch beide einen Wackelkontakt und funktionieren nur kurzzeitig
