The exclusive and spacious ROCKSTAR APARTMENT spans over 75 square meters—high above the rooftops of Salzburg. This premium suite is located on the 4th floor of the Stone Lodge and offers plenty of space and a few special perks—such as a private dining room, a separate kitchen, two spacious living-sleeping areas, an additional single bedroom, and direct access to the rooftop terrace with a breathtaking view of Salzburg’s Old Town. The private dining room offers plenty of space and a special ambiance. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and Cremesso coffee machine. Each of the two spacious living-bedrooms features a box-spring double bed and a pull-out couch.



Built in 1540, this historic, landmark-protected building consists of 5 completely renovated and lovingly designed apartments, as well as a rooftop terrace open to all guests, offering a stunning view directly of the fortress and across Salzburg’s Old Town. Thanks to its central location, the Stein Lodge is just a few steps away from most attractions, such as the fortress, Salzburg Cathedral, Mozart’s birthplace, Mirabell Square, the Festspielhaus, and Getreidegasse. The Stein Lodge is located on historic Steingasse and combines a historic ambiance with modern design, enhanced by 25 art prints by contemporary artist Jürgen Fux that adorn the historic, protected building. Due to the building’s historic structure, the Stein Lodge has no elevator, features varying ceiling heights, and is equipped with historic doors and windows that are protected as cultural heritage. The modernly renovated rooms, situated directly against the rock face of the Kapuzinerberg—part of which is visible from inside the building—along with the works of art, give the apartments their unique charm. The rooftop terrace, freely accessible to all guests and offering a unique view of the fortress and the Old Town, rounds out the extraordinary ambiance of the Stein-Lodge.
