Overall good experience!

Great location (15min. away from the city center with a bus coming out straight in front of the building). Good price/quality for the apartment. The apartment was quite clean.

Communication with the host can be too much. I received too many messages and receiving reminders to answer if I didn't reply in a couple of hours (my life is not only about going there, I have stuff to do and can't reply immediately). Also, I was receiving reminders about the city tax, which I have agreed already with the man that gave me keys.

Great location next to the bus stop near the supermarket.

Finding a spot to park the car was challenging and the clothes washing machine smelt a bit musty.

Distant Location and Overbearing Staff

Clean and comfortable

It’s quite far from the city center — about 30 minutes by walking or 17-minute bus ride. The staff was overly persistent and intrusive; I’ve never had to deal with this much interaction at other places I’ve stayed. There was constant pressure about various things, including my arrival time. There is no online check in.

Excellent option for couples

We liked the place, it is a convenient location, not far from the stadium and the city centre. The host was very friendly. We especially enjoyed a very comfy bed. After a long walk, it is the only thing you need to get rested. Plus, the place is not far from the Marconi Airport, therefore, if you are more than one traveler, it is cheaper to take taxi rather than use the public transport.

I cannot mention anything that spoiled our experience.

Excellent trip to Bologna !

Nice and quiet location, 20 min walk to the Old Center and 25-30 min to Bologna Centrale, 15 min with taxi till the airport. Spacious and clean, fully equipped, delicious coffee, very comfortable matrimonial bed and sofa. Markets across the street, supermarket on 3 min walk. Luxurious bathroom, very good wifi. Raffaella was the helpful and nicest person !

Explendid stay in Bologna

The stay was amazing! Everything about it was as described, clean, modern, very very close to the city center and central station as well. Raffaella was the nicest, she explained everything in detail and gave us all the information we needed. Will definitely book again in the future :)

Nothing, really! We were out from morning till late night so we practically only bathed, slept and had coffee in the apartment, but we enjoyed our stay very much! A small suggestion: it would be nice to have a soap and/or toiletries stand in the bath.

The property really exceeded our expectations. It was very tidy, comfortable and the host had made sure that all of our questions were answered. Raffaella was always there for any questions and she had also prepared a list with all of the nice restaurants near the apartment, the transport needed for all of the sights in Bologna and other helpful information.

Well equipped with all necessary utilities and nice furniture

It’s on the ground floor and also street front, therefore you either shut the blinders and live in the dark or let people see into your room. It was also quite cold and humid due to these reasons.

Great to have own comfortable apartment with a kitchen after having stayed in 4 hotels prior to that.

Minor thing that did not take away on the experience is that the Wi-Fi was becoming slow when multiple devices are connected. With a single device it was no issue.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, tidy and welcoming. Raffaella is a wonderful host who gave me all the information I needed to enjoy my stay, including how to get to places from the apartment. I will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend anyone who wants to visit Bologna to stay at this place. It made my holiday that much better. Thank you Rafaella.

Very good

The apartman was well-equipted. We appreciated tea and coffee for the breakfasts. The aircon was good and dishwasher was a pleasant surpsrise.

We were told that the late check-in (after 8pm) is paid, however in the end even though the plane was delayed, the host did not ask for the payment.

Perfect place to stay!

We loved staying here! Raffaella was so nice and made us welcome so quickly. The apartment is so sweet, really spacious, good air con and kitchen, it was perfect! The area is beautiful and there's a bus stop at the end of the road into the middle of town and to the train station, even though it's not that long to walk either. There's a little shop on the corner and 5 minutes to a big Coop. Would definitely stay here if we came back to Bologna!

Incredibly helpful host, authentic local neighborhood

The property was smartly organized and had everything we needed plus more. It was nice to be out of the more touristy section. We found an amazing local organic market nearby and other local shops and restaurants.

Had to remember some operating procedures because of the electrical infrastructure. Thankfully the host made the instructions very clear as she met us, anticipated questions, and included everything in her book.

Superb

The apartment is quite spacious with all the equipment that you need - even it has a dishwasher. There are two air-conditioners so you may cool down. The host, Raffaella, was kind to turn on the central heating as the day we came to Bolonia was pretty cool. The apartment is in a typical Italian neighbourhood - close proximity to the trattoria that Raffaella highly recommended. It is close to bus stops (about 1 minute) and a grocery story (about 5 minutes). The bed was very comfortable and the whole apartment was very clean. The neighbourhood is peaceful.

The only little thing that I didn't like was that there were three quite transparent tiles at the top of the wall next to the bathroom so if someone turns on the light in the bathroom at night, there is some light in the bedroom.

Appartement très bien situé pour visite Bologne. Bus à proximité Confortable, surtout la chambre et calme. Un plus la machine à laver le linge.

Les photos ne correspondaient pas à l'appartement que nous avions loué. Il doit y avoir plusieurs appartements. Pièce principale quasiment borgne. Lumière obligatoire même en pleine journée. Salle de douche un peu étroite. Difficulté à trouver une place pour la voiture et le prix du stationnement.

Ha soddisfatto tutte le aspettative

Ho scelto questo appartamento per un concerto allo stadio e la posizione è comodissima. Si raggiunge a piedi in 10 minuti. Dalla stazione parte un autobus che in 20 minuti ti lascia sotto la struttura. L’appartamento ə molto confortevole, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. Gentilissima la proprietaria che ci ha fatto il check in anticipato e siamo stati accolti da una collaboratrice molto gentile. Mi sento di consigliarlo, soprattutto per chi dovesse raggiungere lo stadio.

Μικρό σχετικά. αλλά πλήρες ως προς τις παροχές και τις ανέσεις κατάλυμα. Καλή και ασφαλής περιοχή, βρίσκεις ό,τι θέλεις σε απόσταση αναπνοής. Σχετικά κοντά στο ιστορικό κέντρο, μισή ώρα περίπου περπάτημα. Εξαιρετικά φιλική και εξυπηρετική η ιδιοκτήτρια. Άψογη η επικοινωνία.

Η καθαριότητα. Το κατάλυμα έπρεπε να είναι σαφώς καθαρότερο και εν γένει και σε λεπτομέρειες, όπως τα πιάτα και τα ποτήρια. Το σχετικά σκοτεινό εσωτερικό του καταλύματος (όχι κάτι ενοχλητικό πάντως).
