Convenient and clean

I liked the location, cleanliness, provision of towels and aircon in the bedroom.

The room is very noisy due to proximity to a busy street and inadequate sound proofing. The aircon is also only in the bedroom and not the rest of the property.

Huge very clean apartment located right by the Stadio dall'Ara in Bologna. Bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need.

All good - maybe check-in could be easier for hosts, as they had to wait for me, as my flight was delayed (maybe a key locker and instructions would help? as in other Airbnbs, apartments etc.) - they were both lovely people though. Also be prepared to pay a "touristic fee" in check-in - I was not aware of that when I booked it

Location: pizzeria, pasticeria, grocery shop, bus station. All in 10 meters distance.

Can hear some noise from cars on the street in one of the bedrooms. It was not too bad and we could still sleep well.

Glad we stayed there

Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of space. Exceptionally clean. Staff was very accommodating. Very secure premises. Balcony off the kitchen gives lovely view of the sunset and hills.

The scent infusers in the rooms were a bit strong. Doors slamming in the hallway were loud (but that may just be a factor of security doors). Traffic noise was a bit loud, too. Bedroom facing the street has a street light right outside and shutters don't block the light.

Posizione ottimale per raggiungere il centro con mezzi pubblici e comodissima alla ciclabile del sole. Ero di passaggio in bicicletta verso Roma. Ampio appartamento, molto pulito. Proprio sotto ci sono una buona pizzeria e pasticceria. Proprietari gentili e ben organizzati. Consigliatissimo.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement spacieux et très bien équipé. L'accueil a été chaleureux. L'emplacement est pratique, assez proche des principaux sites touristiques et des transports en commun. Nous recommandons ce logement pour sa qualité et son confort.

Fue el lugar perfecto para una estancia de tres noches. La casa tenía de todo, tanto en la cocina como en el baño. La parada del autobús para llegar al centro está justo al lado.
