Cozy apartment

Cozy apartment ideal for 2 people. The location was great, many supermarkets around and just a walk away from the center. There are parking spots right in front of the building.

Ideal for families with small kids

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was clean and well equipped. Located just in front of a park with plenty of things for kids to play, ideal for families with children. The neighborhood had some restaurants and supermarkets. The communication with the host was excellent and responded very fast to our enquiries.

Although the apartment was well connected to the city center, the buses did not pass frequently.

Apartment located about 20-25 minutes walking-distanced to the city center, also available with one bus (bus stop 3 minutes from block), very comfortable, clean and well-equipmente.

1) Bed is not in the type of double-bed but twin connected and unfortunately you can feel it during sleeping. However it is understandable because probably also destined per different type of accomodation. 2) City tax should be included in the price, becauase otherwise guests are suprised that must leave money in cash.

Not so far away from the city center. Stuffs were really kind and nice. It was calm.

The room was enough clean. But some facilities like dishes were dirty. But satisfied with Price.

Itwas clean, a good atmosphere. The badroom was perfect. The radiator in the winter work really well with remote control. There is all tools for cook and there is a wash machine. The fire for cook worked really well.

The personnal are not welcoming and have no way to communicate with strangers. The bed is two little beds united. There is no : -soap for wash machine -no patche to dry the dishes -shampoo and shower gel. -not enought paper for WC -peper. You can't open the widow without everybody see you. There was hairs in the floor of the bathroom. There is food expired in food storage. Nothing to take of the dust in the floor.

Location close to bus stops very convenient

Host very unhelpful even before we arrived.i asked what is best mode of transport to arrive to location and the answer was I don t know see on Google maps!! After hours I got a bus number which was not correct . Had early flight back home and wanted an early night the night before ( wanted to sleep at 22:30 ) but a dog kept barking for more than 2 hours. Contacted owner re issue ( she lives in same apts) and was told she was worried about the dog being left alone . After insisting this was not on I was asked to ring the apartment where the dog is myself. AC malfunctioning and not resolved during our stay. Not recommended.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

L'appartamento ha un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Per chi arriva in automobile è un'ottima soluzione: parcheggio (a pagamento) facile da trovare nelle immediate vicinanze; posizione fuori dal centro storico ma comunque in zona semi centrale. L'appartamento è semplice ma curato. È al piano terra quindi è comodo da raggiungere con le valigie.

In bagno non c'è un termosifone, andrebbe in qualche modo riscaldato durante il periodo freddo. Le persiane sono vecchie e l'appartamento è al piano terra (leggermente rialzato). Di conseguenza si rischia un po' a lasciare oggetti di valore nell'appartamento.

All’arrivo in struttura l’appartamento era completamente da pulire, tale quale lo avevano lasciato gli antecedenti ospiti. Contattando la proprietaria si è dimostrata inizialmente comprensiva poi molto maleducata.

Il parco di fronte visto che viaggiavamo con un bambino. Posizione non centrale ma facilmente raggiungibile il centro

Con un po' di attenzione all ospite, potrebbe essere un ottimo alloggio ma manca in tante cose. La pulizia superficialmente è ok ma basta guardare meglio e c'è tanta polvere nascosta. Il phon è imbarazzante, un'ora per asciugare dei capelli corti. Manca uno scolapiatti (anche portatile) , le tazze per la colazione sono minuscole, i canali della tv non si vedono bene, mancano degli appendini all'ingresso , 3 bustine contate di doccia schiuma per 3 persone per 3 notti, per fortuna avevo le mie cose.

Dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie- ekspres, lodówka, czajnik, żelazko oraz zastawa. Łazienka czysta, obecność ręczników i darmowych kosmetyków, klimatyzacja. Mieszkanie przestronne.

Wysoki podatek miejski- 4 euro od osoby. Lokalizacja na przedmieściach, dość obskurna okolica.

Appartamentino comodo per una famiglia, esattamente come in foto. Arredato in modo semplice ma con sevizi sufficienti per un breve soggiorno. Lenzuola del letto particolarmente piacevoli e fresche. Ordinato e pulito e posizione comoda per le nostre esigenze

Bagno solo nella camera principale, quindi scomodo per chi ha il letto nell'altra stanza/soggiorno che deve attraversarla. Asciugacapelli non funzionante, televisore sintonizzato male per i canali italiani

Struttura posizionata benissimo e attrezzata di qualsiasi accessorio domestico. Letti confortevoli. Fermata dell'autobus a tre minuti a piedi. Comunicazione con il proprietario veloce. Comunque si è soggiornato benissimo.

Wygodny pobyt w fajnej spokojnej okolicy.

Fajna lokalizacja, ok 40 min od centrum piechotą ale w zielonej spokojnej ulicy przy parku dla dzieci. Dobre połączenie komunikacyjne. 2-3 duże markety w pobliżu.

Było czysto, ciepło, było wszystko co było potrzebne , kawa nawet przyprawy piwosz i sól. Przystanek niedaleko no i z lotniska super połączenie bo autobus 944 ma niedaleko końcowy przystanek, dol lidla 5 min, do centrum 35 pieszo , 15 autobusem. My korzystaliśmy z autobusów 35,38 ulica równorzędna do naszej, bo 36 miał zmienioną trasę i spod mieszkania nie jeździł ale można było wrócić wieczorem z dworca centralnego,

Zimna podłoga, bo są płytki wystarczy mieć kapcie
