Fantastic choice for your stay in Bologna - modern, homely, safe and comfortable!

The property was clean, comfortable and very modern - we loved the decor. It was like a home away from home! It’s situated in a quiet area with access to grocery and convenience stores as well as both sit in and takeaway food options. It’s about a 30 minute walk into the centre and to the train station - this didn’t bother us at all! With nice weather and a pretty straight road it was a lovely start to our day and end to our evening. We needed some help booking a taxi to the airport on the way home - we sent a message to Christian and he arranged this for us and even checked in on us to say that the taxi was on its way!

I can’t make any complaints about the property or the hosts! It is a great choice for your stay in Bologna.

The mattress was comfortable and it was nice.

There was plenty of coffee available and some treats like sweets and apples. Clean sheets and towels, the place was clean and well maintained.

The shower cabin was a bit small and the room was on a ground level, so basically on the street level which was something we didn't expect but did not bother us that much.

Perfect Apartment

The apartment was lovely and has everything you could want. The kitchen was well equipped, so making a larger meal would have been possible. Parking on the street was possible for 7,50 Euros per day. The apartment hat many nice extras to make you feel at home. Just perfect.

Spacious stylish studio in residential area in outskirts of Bologna

Spacious stylish studio with parking on the street (paid) next to the property. Easy to check in and host very communicative. We enjoyed out stay there.

Air conditioners didn't seem very effective, both on but didn't make room much cooler.

Great looking but not so practical

The host is friendly and super responsive, she even rushed to get the apartment ready to let us in a little earlier for our toddler's nap. The apartment is spacious and the location is quite good (near but not quite in the centre, yet with plenty of amenities). It is furnished in an interesting way and certainly with good aesthetic taste. Surprisingly for the location and construction, it was relatively quiet.

The shower head holder, placed at belly's height, has sharp corners (see attached picture) and I got a deep cut simply by taking out the shower head the first time. I don't want to think what would've happened if I or someone slipped in the shower and hit that. It was really scary (the host was notified). The apartment is basically a ground floor shop converted into a living space, so natural light comes from the giant front window at the expense of privacy. The bed was comfortable but very squeaky.

Great house, very clean. the owners are so nice and helpful, there was tea; coffee; a lot of fruits and everything you would need for cooking. Bathroom and towels were clean, the hair dryer worked well. The room was a bit cold but there are two AC’s so it heats up quickly.

its about 25 minutes from the center. there isn’t a market nearby. there were only a few restaurants that were in 10 minutes walking radius and they were either closed at dinner time or asked for reservations. the house is great, but the location isn’t the best.

Perfect place to stay in the heart of Bologna

Everything. The host was very kind and helpful. In the room there was a notebook with recommendations in English and Italian for nice restaurants in the neighborhood. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Even there was a bottle of prossecco for celebrating Women's Day. Next time I visit Bologna I have a great place to stay :)

Great stay ! Super smiling host. Very, very clean (and that's what everybody cares about, right ?). Small attentions very appreciated : cold water (and local wine!) in the fridge, apples on the table, classy Danish soap for your hands in the bathroom... There was even a small present for our 3 years' old, that was so sweet. Highly recommended.

Bel appartamento piano terra!

Apparentamento grande, molto ben arredato e pulito- una stanza unica raccoglie la cucina, la sala e il letto matrimoniale- bagno grande e pulito- il proprietario mette a disposizione molte cose nella cucina ed anche acqua e coca-cola gratuita in frigo- due condizionatori offrono aria fresca e calda all’appuntamento- ottima comunicazione con il proprietario.

La grande finestra/vetrata sulla strada non offre molta privacy (se la serranda è sollevata)- parcheggio a pagamento nelle stradine intorno, qualche volta bisogna girare un po’ per trovare posto.

Appartamento ampio e dotato di tutti i confort. Pulito e arredato con gusto. Nota di merito per il quadernino-guida personalizzato sui locali e sui ristoranti dove mangiare e bere in lingua inglese e italiana. Un pensiero utile e apprezzato per chi viene a visitare la città per la prima volta.

Il bidet purtroppo aveva il rubinetto rotto e schizzava acqua ovunque ma per il resto nessuna lamentela da esporre.

Potrivit pentru tranzit

Am avut o ședere foarte plăcută la această cazare din Bologna. Apartamentul este curat, spațios și bine echipat, exact ca în descriere. Zona este liniștită și plăcută, iar drumul până în centrul orașului este facil și nu durează mult – fie pe jos, fie cu autobuzul din apropiere. În plus, în apropiere există magazine și chiar un supermarket bine dotat, foarte util pentru cumpărături rapide. Un detaliu deosebit este faptul că apartamentul se află la parter și are o vitrină mare, asemănătoare celor de magazin. Acest lucru îi dă un aer aparte, iar pentru siguranță există storuri metalice care se lasă pe timpul nopții, ceea ce oferă liniște deplină. Gazda a fost foarte prietenoasă și atentă, iar tot procesul de check-in și check-out a decurs fără probleme. Per total, o experiență foarte bună – recomand cu încredere această cazare pentru oricine vizitează Bologna!

Ze względu na poziom czystości nie polecam.

Obiekt znajduje się w dobrej lokalizacji. Nie jest to samo centrum, ale spacerkiem ok. 20-25mim można dojść do głównej części miasta. Bardzo dobra pizza w sąsiedztwie. :)

Niestety specyfika lokalu( partek z dużym oknem, które jest jak witryna sklepowa) okazało się bardzo uciążliwe. Brak możliwości odsłonięcia zasłon tworzył w moim odczuciu przygnębiający nastrój. Jednak największym minusem był wszechobecny brud. Zaczynajac od mocno zużytych ręczników,brudnych naczyń w szafkach,kończąc na bardzo źle pachnących ściereczkach, które znajdywały się w szafce pod zlewem i w ”garderobie”. Po wejściu w łazience unosił się zapach prawdopodobnie octu?. Mieszkanie jest urządzone z pomysłem, ale niestety na wszystkim jest kurz i brakuje miejsca do przechowywania. My w mieszkaniu spędzaliśmy tylko noce, więc było to do zniesienia ale dalekie od komfortu. Na plus dobrej jakości sprzęt do prasowania.

Appartamento a piano terra, facilmente accessibile con il self check-in e proprietario molto disponibile. Letto comodo. Ci abbiamo dormito solo una notte quindi non saprei dire se fosse ben accessoriata o meno lato cucina.

Odore di umido/stantio e la finestra principale in realtà è la saracinesca di un negozio. Trovare parcheggio in zona è quasi impossibile.

Zeer aangenaam verblijf in mooi verzorgd appartement van zeer fijne, betrokken eigenaars!

Zeer ruim appartement, alles aanwezig. Comfortabel bed, grote badkamer. Keuken met frigo, diepvriezer. Zelfs Nespresso apparaat met koffie is voorzien. Het contact met eigenaars verliep vlot, was met incheck via kluisje.

Essenzialmente si tratta di un open space ricavato situato a piano terra e pensato per essere utilizzato come vetrina di un negozio (infatti accanto si trova un negozio con 3 vetrine simili e la finestra principale dell’appartamento che dà sulla strada non ha tapparelle ma una serranda). Il materasso è di quelli morbidi.. per chi apprezza.
