Convenient apartment but lack of any hospitality

The apartment appeared to be recently renovated and was functional. It was about 20 min walking from Piazza Maggiore. The neighborhood was quiet.

The property management was non responsive for over 24 hours. We were missing a blanket sheet for one of the beds for 2 days. There was no toilet paper or communication that we need to bring some ourselves. We were requested to pay tourist tax but the reservation said all taxes and fees were included in the price of the stay.

I don’t know, weard

It was very clean and we had some courtesy coffee and water. Charming and the bathroom really comfortable.

There are a lot of noise and light during the nights so you need earplugs and something to cover your eyes. The most terrible thing was in the check out. The code was programed to stop entrance at 10am. We came back from breakfast to take out the luggage at 10:05 and we could not enter in the place and the owner Diana didn’t pick up the phone. We were afraid to lose our flight. I think Diana had to point that out very strongly the night before or reply that morning when we sent her a message. Fortunately the cleaning lady arrived and let us enter inside to pick up or stuff. We had some panic minutes that we could easily avoid. Bad experience to be honest.

Good bologna stay. Nice place.

Excellent facilities and some nice touches that made us feel welcome (coffee capsules, toiletries etc). The space is lovely and novel being on 2 levels We perhaps we're lucky with parking...we parked outside but I'm not sure if it was legal. Good location, we walked to the centre and back.

The parking issue was a little concerning for us. We weren't sure if we were allowed to park where we did.

The only place I’ll stay every time I visit Bologna

The apartment is so cute and the use of space and design were exceptional. Really modern and clean! It’s also really close to the centre (just a short taxi/bus ride away) and is surrounded by wonderful restaurants and the best ice cream shop in Bologna!

Parking close by is hard to find for those renting but once you do the host Diana takes care of everything for you!

This is a gem - spacious,, well fitted out and not too far to Piazza Maggiore and cafes etc

A beautiful space to stay in, loved the 'feel' of the apartment, modern and light, spacious. And on s small side street really convenient for the centre of the old town and for cafes, groceries and exploring.

Exceptional

Great appartment, all new and first class quality and very well placed. Really great amenities. They provided also water,coffe and some small champagne bottles. Diana and her husband were a great help when we had a small accident and helped us going to hospital and luggage. we will come back when in Bologna. Thank you again Diana

Our stay was perfect, I recommend this apartment to everyone who would like to stay in Bologna.

The apartment is really clean and freshly renovated. It has a fantastic coffee machine and greeting champange, which was a nice surprise. The host was friendly and helpful when it comes to city's restaurants or public transport.

I think there could be more lamps beside the bed on the main floor. Also the smell from the basement was sometimes unpleasant.

Male male…

La posizione vicinissima allo stadio (dove avevamo il concerto)

L’aria condizionata non funzionava e nel soppalco c’erano 32 gradi. Dormire è stato impossibile. Considerata la temperatura potevano almeno lasciare un paio di bottiglie d’acqua in frigo… e invece non avevamo lasciato nulla. Neanche 4 cialde per un caffè (non capisco che senso ha mettere la macchinetta allora). Il proprietario ci aveva inoltre garantito un parcheggio e, con un improvviso cambio di proprietà, le carte in tavola sono cambiate e ho avuto grandi difficoltà a confrontarmi con l’host che non si è mai visto. Nel bagno abbiamo inoltre trovato un sacco di formiche. Avendo pagato oltre 300€ per una notte (senza colazione) ci aspettavamo un trattamento nettamente migliore.

Arredamento e posizione e tranquillità, facile parcheggio

Assenza di aria condizionata e kit bagno insufficiente , non tutto quello in elenco dei servizi bagno era presente. La risposta della struttura c'è stata ma non abbastanza tempestiva. Si consiglia di far trovare almeno una bottiglia di acqua e 2 cialde di caffè La.casa è molto bella è un peccato non gestirla bene.

Действительно сильный запах сырости и плесени, к нему очень быстро привыкаеш, но все же... минус. Не хватает глубоких тарелок в наборе. Розкладной диван очень не удобный, пора менять...
