Close to city, private parking

The apartment is located pretty close to the city, about 20-30 mins on foot from the historical city center. There are bus stops nearby, about a 5-10 mins walk - even a 24h one. It has a varied selection of amenities and is pretty good equiped in general. You should consider it as a selection if you are traveling with a car, due to having a private parking space. The apartment location is pretty quiet and close to parks and nature. Owner was really helpful with providing necessary information and answering questions.

Keep in mind that there is no air-conditioning on site - apartment has fans though.

The villa is on the outskirts of the city, so you need to commute via car or public transport to the city.

La posizione: è ai piedi dei colli bolognesi, molto vicina al centro (ben collegata con autobus) ma molto tranquilla e soprattutto con la possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina. Molto gentile e accogliente il proprietario

Mi è mancata la colazione ma nelle vicinanze della casa ci sono diversi bei bar con molta scelta per un'ottima colazione

Impeccable 👍

L'emplacement, la gentillesse et la discrétion de l'hôte. Endroit très calme avec un stationnement privé et sécurisé. Appartement très propre avec commodités suffisantes pour une petite famille. En voiture, on est à 10min du centre de Bologne et à ah de la ville de Ravenne (une station balnéaire).

Une moustiquaire sur la fenêtre de la salle de bain aurait été appréciable afin de laisser l'air passé. Également, pour des chaleurs du mois d'août une climatisation serait recommandée car les 2 ventilateurs n'étaient pas suffisants.

La posizione è perfetta per visitare il centro di Bologna e raggiungere facilmente altre destinazioni nei dintorni, pur trovandosi in una zona residenziale tranquilla e molto carina. L'appartamento è accogliente, ideale per una famiglia con bambini, anche molto piccoli.

Tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger und zentraler Lage,freundlicher Empfang und alles sauber.Empfehlenswert!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Die Gastgeben sind nett und freundlich und haben auf uns gewartet. Sie gaben uns Tipps für die Freizeitgestaltung und haben uns geholfen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und sehr gross. Vieles ist fussläufig erreichbar, ansonsten ist in direkter Nähe eine Busstation. Es gibt auch einen PKW Stellplatz, der allerdings für grosse Autos oder auch Gespanne nicht geeignet ist und auch sehr steil ist. Vor dem Haus waren allerdings auch genug Parkplätze. Auch wenn es sehr zentral liegt ist es eine absolut ruhige Gegend. Eine tolle Unterkunft die sehr zu empfehlen ist.

Das Schlafsofa war sehr laut am Quitschen, sodass man jede Bewegung darauf in der ganzen Wohnung gehört hat, Ansonsten war die Unterkunft Top!
