Quite nice private apartment in a quiet area, conveniently connected by public transport to the center of Bologna. Very nice hostess, she gave us many tips about the apartment and Bologna itself. Nearby shops, cafes and inexpensive restaurants.

No central heating in operation on a rather cool evening, evidently noticeable mustiness, especially in the blanket taken out of the wardrobe, bathroom with its glory days behind, hot water available from an electric boiler, after it was exhausted, and we had 4 people, we had to wait a while for a new one her stock.

A short introduction: this is not a guest house, it's a really full equipped living apartment, just owners left and kept it "as is" with books, children's toys, vintage audio devices, etc. Sometimes I felt there like in a museum of someone's life. - Fully equipped 2-rooms apartment. - 20 min by bus to the city center the bus stop is in 3 min walk distance; 15 minutes by car to the airport - a lot of restaurants/bars/pizza in the area. Supermarket in 3 min. walk distance - Perfect cleanliness.

- Is very difficult to find parking on the street. Once found - don't move your car anymore. - Was not enough warm in the bedroom and bathroom - Air conditioner in the bedroom did not work. - To get hot water in the shower you have to wait about an hour. - Оld and shabby linen and towels - The WiFi password on the sticker in the kitchen is wrong, I wasted some time, then found the right one on the router. - Bad audio isolation: on the early morning you hear all your neighbors do. - To exit the building's gate you have a key, So if you check-out and keep the keys inside the apartment, you're in trouble.

Ottimo soggiorno in zona tranquilla

La casa è abbastanza ampia, spaziosa e ben accessoriata. Ideale per famiglie o coppie di amici. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere il centro sia in autobus che, volendo, passeggiando a piedi. La zona circostante è molto carina (c'è un parco), tranquilla e comoda per parcheggiare. La signora Roberta è stata molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha fornito diversi consigli nonostante conoscessimo già la città e come muoverci.

L'utilizzo del boiler non è stato estremamente pratico a causa del tempo richiesto per ricaricare l'acqua calda, ma alla fine non si è rivelato particolarmente limitante.

Nagyon jó helyen van, közelben minden van ( buszmegálló, élelmiszer üzlet, éttermek, benzinkút) Hamar be lehet jutni a látványosságokhoz. Jó a parkolási lehetőség a szállás környékén.

A tulajdonos nem fűtött be mire mentünk, első este nagyon fáztunk, aztán kézbe vettük az irányítást és a második nap már jó meleg volt. A kádat csak zuhanyzásra lehet használni, mert dugó az nem volt. Pedig jól esett volna egy kád forró fürdő.
