Posizione ottima e tranquilla, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dallo stadio Dall'Ara (perfetta per chi viene per un concerto). La zona è servitissima da bar, supermercati e mezzi pubblici per raggiungere comodamente il centro di Bologna. La casetta è dotata di tutti i comfort e l'aria condizionata in ogni stanza è stata un vero plus. Ci torneremo sicuramente come punto d'appoggio!
Per rendere il soggiorno davvero da 10 e lode, consigliamo di sostituire il materasso del letto singolo di sinistra e la colonna della doccia (che purtroppo è rotta e rende un po' difficile lavarsi, nonostante il getto d'acqua sia ottimo). Sarebbe utile anche far trovare della carta Scottex o dei tovaglioli in cucina.

La tassa di soggiorno inserita era fuorviante. 6.50 per una casa in quella zone e non proprio nuova e' esagerato. La serranda della finestra in camera da letto matrimonial non funziona ed al mattino entrava luce negli occhi. Non abbiamo trovato una scopa per spazzare il pavimento. L'acqua calda esaurisce troppo presto. Non siamo riusciti a trova un canavaccio per lavare le stoviglie.
