We liked almost everything, the rating is Super, except for the transfer of keys.

We liked almost everything, except for handing over the keys. This procedure was complicated by the fact that we could not enter the entrance, and the keys were in a locking box (safe), which was attached to the door handle of the apartment. Everything else is great, the nearest supermarket is 5-7 minutes walk away (500-700 m.), the Lidl store is a little further, right under the house there are several shops where you can find everything you need for the first time. Thanks to the host for the informational assistance provided during the transfer to the airport and trips to the center of the old city - the city of Bologna is beautiful. I recommend the apartments for visiting and accommodation Casa Guerrina grazioso appartamento!!!

Graziosa recensione per un grazioso appartamento

Ci è piaciuto che si chiama grazioso appartamento e in effetti è molto grazioso, un saluto dai vostri graziosi ospiti!!!

La pulizia era ok abbiamo trovato qualche pelo e lo scarico della doccia aveva un sacco di peli e perdeva dal piatto doccia, e le stoviglie erano ancora un po' sporche. Questa era l'unica cosa non molto graziosa :(

Struttura migliorabile per quanto riguarda la pulizia.

Il check-in automatico comodissimo, il proprietario molto gentile, disponibile e onesto (mi è venuto gentilmente incontro per un’esigenza particolare), letto super comodo.

Purtroppo la pulizia è la grandissima pecca della casa. Era molto tardi quando ho effettuato il check-in, altrimenti avrei chiesto la cortesia di un’ulteriore pulizia generale. C’era polvere su molte superfici, soprattutto sui comodini: passando semplicemente un fazzoletto ne usciva tantissima (purtroppo sono allergica, per cui li ho dovuti ripulire). Anche le tapparelle erano visibilmente impolverate e sporche. Sul vetro della doccia c’erano chiazze di depositi d’acqua e, sul manico in acciaio dello spazzolone del WC, evidenti aloni di calcare e gocce secche. Il bidet aveva polvere e peli: per accumularsi in quel modo dà proprio l’impressione che non venga utilizzato né tantomeno pulito da un po’ di tempo. Il WC, inoltre, presentava pezzi di carta di colore blu all’interno appena sono entrata (non ho potuto fotografare perché ho preferito scaricare subito). Anche il pavimento era molto sporco. Ho visto che altri ospiti hanno segnalato la stessa problematica e che spesso la struttura la nega, affermando che le pulizie vengano effettuate regolarmente. Beh… posso confermare che purtroppo non è così, e anzi si tratta di sporcizia che si accumula nel tempo, non certo di qualcosa sfuggito a una pulizia recente. Lo segnalo perché la pulizia è un aspetto fondamentale che influisce davvero sull’esperienza degli ospiti. Con maggiore cura in questo aspetto, la struttura sarebbe ottima!

Struttura molto bella, ampia e completa di tutto! A completare l’esperienza positiva pulizia notevole e staff super gentile e flessibile (abbiamo avuto una necessità specifica e subito siamo stati accontentati). Sicuramente ritorneremo!
