My first breakfast was rearranged because the owner needed the place for her cooking class. The arrangement went badly with no apology followed. Later the owner waved my tax payment, but I would prefer an apology rather than money. This B&B needs to learn about customer service. Customers are not figures on a chessboard to move them around for owners convinience. The whole incidence left me with a bad feeling. The WiFi was also poor, needed 3 resets in 4 days.

It was a fine stay in the heart of the Bologna Old City. Facility was good, room was ok. Not a comfy bed but room looked good. Room was huge. Cleaning could have been better. I saw some dirt in the bathtub and bathroom radiator was full of dirt.(you could see when you touch with your finger) there was a left shampoo on the bathroom, so it made me think of if it was not cleaned? In hotels you don't leave leftover shampoo or something when you clean around, right? Also all the bathroom faucets were rusty. May be it was because of the water but I have a hard water problem in my own house but always keep them shiny with the right cleaning material. Hosts were welcoming, they had good intentions. But this facility still needs improvments.

The b&b had a superb location but all the photos of the rooms were heavely photoshopped. When we arrived the room needed to be cleaned again. There were blood on some of the soaps and the room were dusty. Also no location for luggage storage.

Excellent location, large room, very clean, lovely friendly staff, and excellent continental breakfast. Unfortunately its a bit tired, particularly the bathroom. The shower in particular needs an update, its basically a mixer tap that take you forever to get the right temperature, and then on a couple of occasions it went cold on us (i'm guessing because other people were using their showers). Also room had no safe and you could hear the other guests in the other rooms. Overall though we enjoyed the stay.

Very central. Literally 5-7 minutes to Piazza Maggiore. Lovely hosts who recommended places to eat- some which I have visited and were excellent. Slightly hard to find as no big sign! Be sure to read door numbers. The room I stayed in was adequate size for a single person. It can be slightly noisy at times as the walls are thin but it is as expected of an old style house. Breakfast also adequate. If you want a great central base with reasonable price, this is place for you!

This is such a wonderful B&B. I would happily return on another trip to Bologna. The location was perfect - In the city centre, but placed back off a side street where it was quiet and relaxing. The staff could not have been more warm or accommodating. When I needed to find an adapter for my charger they looked for several to lend me until we found one that worked. A very cozy and safe space that worked well for me as a solo conference goer, but I also noticed several happy families during the stay as well.

This place is way expensive for what it is, we paid $100 euros for one night and I will suggest you pay a little more to stay on another hotel. The sheets had stains all over, I felt so uncomfortable sleeping in this place that I don’t even know how is even on business.

A great place to stay. Martina made us feel at home right away. Well located, walking distance to most Bologna attractions. Martina recommended us a magnificent restaurant nearby (Ristorante Da Nello), a very special place to experience superb Bolognese dishes. All in all, a great experience.

Awesome location. Very close to tourist attractions , shopping and restaurants. Room was big. Comfy bed. Room could use a bit of a face lift. Kind and nice staff.

Staying at Cristina Rossi Bed and Breakfast was a wonderful experience. Our room was a good size for two. It was comfortable and spacious. We had breakfast in the main dinning room which was clearly part of the family home. This made it feel warm and welcoming. Our host, Monica was friendly, kind and very helpful. Five stars

The hotel was easy to find even though there isn’t a large entrance or reception. Monica was lovely and very helpful before and during our arrival and stay. The hotel is in a great location, really close to the main square and tourist attractions. The room was really big, and we were pleasantly surprised. The bathroom was lovely and spacious and even had a jacuzzi bath! Overall a really pleasant experience for our short trip to Bologna.

Very welcoming and friendly, we were travelling with our 8 months baby and they have us a room upgrade. The room was very big with fridge and kitchenette, very clean and nice comfortable bed. The location is right in the centre, they have limited private garage for guests’ cars at an extra €15 the day or they can provide a pass to be able to park on the street. Great to walk around to all the main places and restaurants.

I was studying in Bologna for the week so I enjoyed th e easy acccess to the school.The peace and quiet was an atttractive feature for me.It was very hot so I could retreat to the hotel in the heat of the afternoon.It is also air conditioned.They provide a bufffet breakfast which is useful.

Great location, perfect for walking around city. In quiet street so perfect for sleeping and no problem coming and going. Breakfast was good for us, there is cheese, cold meats, fruit and yogurt and we were always offered mores toast and coffee. All in all lovely stay.

We had a most wonderful time at Christina Rossi B&B. Nicola was a welcoming, friendly and supportive host. The entire team at Christina Rossi was great. This little gem in right in the city center which made the trip that much better. When we go back to Bologna and we will stay at Christina Rossi.

This B&B is hidden down a quiet and unassuming street in the bustling heart of Bologna. With only a metal-lattice and glass door inset in a drab wall, the calm lobby and pretty stairwell are the start of a surprising and lovely bed & breakfast accommodation. The Hostess, Martina (daughter of Cristina), was very warm and helpful. We had a lovely, spacious family room with a good breakfast provided each day - cereal, breads, cold meats and cheese with pastries. The whole place was very clean and cool and peaceful. Perfectly located for quick and easy access to all major sites of interest and the bus and train stations are easy walking distance, too. We loved staying here, it definitely contributed positively to the overall experience of being in this interesting and lovely city. We highly recommend Bologna and Cristina Rossi Bed & Breakfast.

The B&B is brilliantly located and very convenient. It is tucked away in a quiet street round the back of main piazza although it is quiet at night. It is a little old fashioned but very authentic and charming. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was ok but not the best. Overall I loved it and would stay again.

We received a very warm welcome at this lovely B&B. Great location, close to everything. Really spacious and clean bedroom and bathroom. Delicious breakfast. Couldn't recommend more highly, we loved it!!
