It was what we booked and what we hoped it would be.

Well, everything is there and works and is clean and everything. I had to sign a contract with an agency and haven't talked to anyone until I needed some help with the parking. And they were really helpful then and at the end of our stay.

... Most these apartments are just so soulless nowadays.

Worst experience we ever had with an accomodation on Booking. I don't recommend it.

The property is quit far from the city center, however, I understood that there are buses going in there. The apartment is located on the level ground with metalic bars on the windows. But the worst thing was the strong bad smell coming from nowhere. When we called the owner complaining about the smell she said that was because of the recent rain and that is available in all the building. We had issue with hot water and with the boiler, which was not in service and looked quit not handy to switch it on. We haven't stayed there more than 30 minutes and left for another location. We didn't get the money back, just a tiny part of it, I think that is local taxes.

HORRIBLE AND UNSAFE!

AVOID at all costs. We booked this accommodation since it had 4 booking.com stars and a 9.0 score. This is so far from the truth! Let’s start with the location: it is very far away from the centre (a good 30 minute brisk walk), additionally the parking is behind the property which requires you having to get out of the car twice to physically press gate buttons. Moving on to the actual apartment: 1. NOT clean, black mold in the shower tiles and glass door. Additionally, the bedroom was absolutely filthy with a very dirty floor and superbly dirty mattress. As per images. 2. A really bad drainage smell which we suspected came from the shower drain. This leaked into the rest of the tiny apartment. 3. Ground floor apartment with very noisy neighbors. The noise carried well into 2am. 4. The mattress was uncomfortable with a collapsed hole in the middle. 5. The kitchen is outdated (nothing like the photos) with a vent under the cabinets that was filled with soot. (As per images) Upon entering the accommodation and saw all this we were horrified and sent the host a message asking for a refund due to clear health and safety risks. Their reply was that if we did not like it we should leave with no refund whatsoever. Our stay in this accommodation ruined the end of our lovely italian trip. The hosts should be ashamed of such an accommodation and booking.com should take note due to severe health and safety risks!

not related to apartment, but it was interesting to see how street parking in Bologna was not easy to find, thanks to owner who organized free parking for us. Would be more comfortable to stay in Bologna and use taxis and other forms of transportation than using a car.

Pobyt był udany – mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji i dobrze wyposażone.

Spokojne osiedle, dobre połączenie komunikacyjne z centrum, w tym samym budynku pyszna kawa, blisko LIDL, dobry kontakt z właścicielką. Na miejscu sporo udogodnień (ekspres, pralka, piekarnik, mikrofalówka) i generalnie dobry standard mieszkania.

Materace na łóżku, które były strasznie miękkie, ciężko się śpi na takich. Mały prysznic, mocno zakamieniony czajnik, pierwszego dnia/nocy było w mieszkaniu chłodno (grzaliśmy klimatyzacją), ale od kolejnego dnia już ogrzewanie dawało radę.

Sicuramente gli spazi comodi e immediatamente a ridosso della fermata del pullman per arrivare in centro, ma in 25 minuti a piedi si riesce a raggiungerlo. Ampio appartamento e molto pulito nel complesso

Il fattore chiavi ammetto sia molto molto scomodo, specialmente se si ha la macchina e si deve prima uscire e poi riporle nuovamente all’entrata. Inoltre, è vero che è da 4, mail divano letto non è molto comodo purtroppo, tantomeno il quantitativo di cuscini, che non sono eccezionali. Inoltre, eravamo 4, ma solo due bottigliette da cortesia e due rotoli di carta igienica (mi pare di non averne visti altri)… Non ho amato particolarmente la necessità di fare la videochiamata, ma mi rendo conto che può essere conseguenza a pregresse situazioni quindi la accetto. Sono piccolezze, ma penso si possano aggiustare, seppur nel complesso tutto ok e la valutazione resta alta

La tranquillità e il silenzio oltre alla possibilità di avere un parcheggio “sicuro” essendo chiuso da sbarre con chiave

Solo un paio di particolari, non c’erano tovaglie o tovagliette da mettere sul tavolo per i pasti e mancava il brillantante per il lavastoviglie, inoltre la griglia del forno aveva un po’ di residui e una padella non era stata pulita bene

Il posto auto è importante per chi arriva con l'auto abbiamo rischiato di non averlo

Quasi niente

riscaldamento con radiatori molto insufficente, abbiamo dovuto tenere acceri i due climatuztori h24 per avere un po di calore, e cosi iradiatori erano sempre freddi. dotazioni cucina insufficenti televisore di basso livello con ricezione terrestre quasi nulla audio pessimo anche con netflix ecc abbiamo potuto avere il parcheggio auto privato che in un primo momento ci è stato negato, però mancava la chiave della sbarra e cosi abbiamo dovuto aspettare 40 minuti per poter scaricare i bagagli. scaricare i bagagli. In generale la gestione del self check in è in genere disastrosa ma in questo caso ancora peggio. Non c'era detersivo per lavatrice sottopentola strofinacci l'unico motivo per la scelta di questo appartamento è il posto auto ed abbiamo rischiato di non avere pure quello.

- Appartement fonctionnel (machine à laver, lave-vaisselle), spacieux et récemment rénové. - Place de parking juste sous les fenêtres de l'appartement, et possibilité de prendre le bus n•19 pour se rendre dans le centre de Bologne. - Mise à disposition d'éponges, de lessive, de liquide lave vaisselle, de thés/cafés et autres.

-1 pour les modalités d'accès à l'appartement : c'est la première fois qu'en plus d'avoir fourni nos documents d'identité, nous avons dû faire un appel vidéo avec l'hôte pour confirmer notre identité... -1 pour la literie, excessivement molle : le matelas nécessite d'être changé. -1 pour le bruit : appartement mitoyen à l'entrée du bâtiment, bruits continus toute la journée, nous avons supporté tout un après-midi le piano d'un voisin et sa télévision tous les soirs. Enfin, petit manque de gel douche/shampooing : deux petits sachets pour deux personnes pour trois nuits, c'est trop peu.
