Excellent place for a family! The flat is very modern, clean and well equipped. Two nice bedrooms with double bed and two single beds for the kids. Smart TV in the sitting room. Close to motorway, which was important, if you want to visit different cities in the area. We had a complementary pack of chocolate biscuits and a bottle of water, which was nice. There is a supermarket, which is 5 mins walk, where you can also park for free, if no parking space is available outside the flat.
It is the first time when we visit Italy and there was no coffee available in the flat. We were given a few wrong capsules for the machines and considering we arrive on Easter and everything was close, you couldn’t buy coffee. In addition, to dispose the rubbish you need a special magnetic card to open the bins outside the flat. Our card was expired, so we had to keep the rubbish inside the flat.

On the top floor of a residential building. Quiet, new and clean. Comfortable beds and a good shower. A bus stop that takes you into the city center is nearby. In the bus you can scan your debit card to pay for the ride. A supermarket is round the corner. Parking is free but a bit difficult as the spaces in front of the building are mostly occupied. Best to park behind the building next to the COOP supermarket. Nice view of the basilica di San Luca. Property is managed by a company. Upon arrival we were met at the building by an employee. Keep an eye out for the message they send to coordinate your exact time of arrival so that you don’t have to wait or keep them waiting.
