Cassalechio di Reno is a bit far from Bologna but this way we had a full taste of Bologna and surroundings.if there are people who want to avoid the hustle and bustle of a touristic city center, then this is the right place.

Non tornerò assolutamente

Struttura carina

La struttura era carina ma non sono stata avvisata che il boiler dopo circa 5/10 minuti erogava acqua fredda-ghiacciata (ed ero sotto la doccia). Vedendomi in panne, ho provato a contattare il proprietario varie volte, anche via telefono, ma niente. Ho continuato a lavarmi con acqua ghiacciata purtroppo. Dopo circa una ventina di minuti Il proprietario risponde asserendo, in modo abbastanza arrogante “impossibile che il boiler abbia erogato acqua fredda dopo 5 minuti e la questione boiler era scritta nelle linee guida che ho inviato in pdf” quando in realtà non c’era scritto niente, dandomi anche della bugiarda in tutto ciò. Avendo fatto notare queste cose, non ho ricevuto nemmeno delle scuse. Essendo malata di fibromialgia sono andata via un giorno prima rispetto alla prenotazione, avendo paura che il problema dell’acqua potesse ripresentarsi. Avevo chiesto un rimborso di quella notte e ho aspettato alcuni giorni per mettere questa recensione, proprio per vedere la buona volontà del proprietario al rimborso, ma niente da fare. Non tornerò sicuramente

Piacevole soggiorno

Pur essendo un monolocale con bagno, come era ben descritto su Booking, nelle sue piccole dimensioni era completo. La posizione era giusta per le nostre necessità. C'era una buona possibilità di parcheggio libero nelle immediate vicinanze. Il bagno confortevole e ben riscaldato. Considerato il clima freddo umido dei giorni trascorsi la temperatura interna che si manteneva sui 21 gradi era perfetta. Comodo il letto e completo l'angolo cottura con piano ad induzione e dotazione di pentole posate e stoviglie. Apprezzato il cavatappi "professionale". Un difetto, per cui non ho dato 10, il gradino angolare appena si entra. Ho rischiato di cadere alzandomi dalla tavola. Ci vorrebbe una ringhiera di protezione. In ogni caso, a parte questo ci siamo stati benissimo. Il gestore, Marco, ci ha assistito durante il soggiorno rispondendo prontamente ad ogni nostra richiesta con cortesia.
