Ok stay for few nights.

Spacious apartment. Good communication and fast assistance from the host.

There was a problem washing machine- tumble drying did not work properly. And also there was a complication with the remote key app, when using the second time.

Great apartment close to good bus links to Bologna city centre.

Lovely apartment with great location for buses into Bologna town centre and with parking on site you can have a car for travelling further afield. Our host Edoardo was super helpful and answered all our questions quickly and easily. Spacious apartment and room for 4 comfortably. There’s a sofa bed which would accommodate another 2 but with only one bathroom it might be a squeeze. Kitchen has fridge, freezer, oven and hob. There’s a washing machine in the property too. There’s air con and radiators too and little balconies. Some lovely restaurants near by and super handy to a few shops as well. Great wee coffee shop/Gelateria down the road as well.

Whilst Edoardo was great at answering any questions, it might be helpful to have a paper guide in the property on how to use the appliances including air conditioning, oven etc. and links to bus timetables, or points of interest in local area. This is more of a nice to have than necessity as you can always google these.

Terrible attitude, we would not repeat it again. There is no internet, there is a problem with the electricity, if you turn on the hairdryer, the power goes out. The child was sick, he is 6 years old, his ear has been hurting since the night before, but they did not get into our situation, we had to leave at 10 o'clock, I asked them at least until 12, but they refused. The cleaners were standing in front of the door from 09:30 to leave. The neighbors are terrible, quarrelsome and mean. There is no place to stop if you have a car and make remarks. The owners had come to see what was happening with the internet, they had changed the door code without telling us, we tried to get into the room, the child was crying in pain and couldn't get in, we tried so many times, I called and she said she forgot to send me the code.... The sheets smelled bad, never again. Don't be fooled, it's not as good as they make it out to be.

Check out 11:00 den sonra olmalı ki verilen iyi hizmetin tamamlayıcısı olsun ve misafirlere rahat rahat hazırlanma zamanı kalabilsin. Check in genelde 15:00'ten evvel yapılmadığını düşünürsek eğer 12:00 bile makul bir çıkıştır.

La stanza migliore della casa è senza dubbio la cucina, é piccola ma nuova, funzionante e provvista di tutto: pentole, padelle, posate, posati, piatti, bicchieri, tazze per la colazione per il té e per il caffé. Se avete intenzione di mangiare a casa tutti i giorni é una grande scelta. Anche la doccia é comoda, spaziosa e la temperatura dell'acqua si regola benissimo. La casa é calda, i riscaldamenti funzionano bene e ci sono anche dei condizionatori per l'aria calda/fredda.

I letti e il divano sono da buttare, le reti sono rotte e dormire per una settimana in una condizione del genere é stato orribile. Le asciugamani sono troppo piccole e vecchie e quando ne ho richieste di nuove e piú grandi mi sono state fornite delle asciugamani da doccia macchiate. L'appartamento puzzava di fogna, un odore forte e persistente proveniente dagli scarichi del bagno e abbiamo dovuto comprare uno spray per la casa e spruzzarlo spesso. Il giorno del check out la signora delle pulizie é arrivata alle 10 meno un quarto (15 min prima dell'orario di uscita previsto) portando con sé una busta nera piena di biancheria "pulita". La busta era bucata e sporca nella parte inferiore ed é stata trascinata per terra davanti ai miei occhi per tutto il cortile, l'androne e il pianerottolo prima di essere portata dentro casa. Sinceramente questa cosa mi sembra allucinante.

Die Ausstattung der Küche (noch nicht einmal ein einfacher Espressokocher, nur Kapseln, kein Salz, Pfeffer oder ähnliches), keine Haken für Handtücher im Bad).

Non mi è piaciuto è un parolone. Ci sono alcune piccoli accorgimenti da rivedere e ne ho parlato con l'Host che ha risposto positivamente per la soluzione a breve.

The shower was not usable for 2 days, for which we were promised a 15% refund - it turned out that the refund would be 12% and we still haven't received it. The apartment needs a sewer change. There were no bath towels. The shower cabin is very narrow. The parking lot is very narrow. The mosquito nets and blinds don't go all the way down. There are not enough sockets. The oven, freezer and floors were not cleaned. Душа неможеше да се ползва 2 дни, за което ни обещаха възстановяване на 15% от стойността - оказа се, че възстановената сума ще бъде 12% и все още не сме я получили. Апартамента има нужда от смяна на канализацията. Нямаше хавлии за баня. Душ кабината е много тясна. Паркинга е много тесен. Комарниците и щорите не се спускат до долу. Няма достатъчно контакти. Très bel appartement pour loger en famille au calme mais pas loin du centre.

Situé au calme, vous vous réveillez au son des cigales. L’appartement est très bien, un hall d’entrée, deux chambres spacieuses. La salle de bain et la cuisine sont plus étroites, mais très fonctionnelles. L’arrêt du bus est à 100m, il faut prendre le 23 pour aller vers la vieille ville de Bologne et s’arrêter à Lame. Un supermarché près de l’immeuble, ce qui est pratique. Le parking n’est pas grand, mais on a pu y parquer notre voiture qui est un grand modèle. Le propriétaire a été de bons conseils pour les restaurants.

La poignée du mitigeur de la douche ne tient plus, c’est assez surprenant la première fois. Il y a également une odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain, qui disparaît en ouvrant la fenêtre. Ce serait bien d’y mettre une moustiquaire, car je me suis fait dévorer par les moustiques…

Przyjemne mieszkanie

Mieszkanie ma dość dziwny układ z wąską kuchnią, w której mieści się jedna osoba. Poza tym było raczej czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Dużym autem bliskość lotniska dzięki czemu stanowi dobrą bazę wypadową. W mieszkaniu były wygodne łóżka i rolety zewnętrzne a to zapewniało komfort snu. Dużym plusem jest samodzielne zameldowanie.

W łazience niestety sprzęty słabej jakości - na toalecie nie siedziało się zbyt stabilnie.

Bardzo polecam

Fajne mieszkanie na pierwszym piętrze bloku na przedmieściach Bolonii, rzeczywiście bardzo blisko do autobusu, autem jechaliśmy na lotnisko 5 min. Przed domem mały parking dla mieszkańców , za barierkami które otwiera się pilotem , który mieliśmy do dyspozycji . Warto przyjechać jednak małym samochodem ponieważ jak to wszędzie we Włoszech na parkingach ciasno .Ciekawy sposób otwierania klatki schodowej i mieszkania za pomocą systemu z telefonu. Bardzo mili i życzliwi sąsiedzi . Dziękujemy .
