Terrible accomodation and bad management

Not much

Everything- It started at the boomgate . We couldn't get through and we sat in the driveway for 20 minutes before getting let in by a resident. We found the Dropbox and went to the apartment only to find it was about to be cleaned. The time was 2:45 and we had to wait an hour after we had already driven for 5 hours. The boom gate opener in the kitchen. Not much good to us there. Maybe some instructions might have helped but it would still have been very difficult to leave the car blocking the entrance (no street parking available when we arrived) while one of us went off found the Dropbox went to the apartment found the boom gate opener etc. Yes, you have to do this in reverse when leaving. This failing is because Clean BNB are trying to manage it all remotely there is nobody to greet you. The apartment was uncomfortable. The lounge suite was hard to sit comfortably on, the mattress was cheap, only two pillows and one was so thin it was useless, no coffee machine, no toaster, only one large sharp knife (it was a carving knife), one of the push buttons on the toilet was missing, the apartment did not feel clean (we had to wash all kitchenware before using)and the shower had some mould. Definitely the worst accommodation I had in Italy. The photos look great but the reality was completely different. We felt some uncomfortable we talked about going to stay somewhere else.

The location of the apartment was amazing. It was very quick to move to the city center, also to the airport. Our host Paolo was very nice and very supportive

Could do with having a full sized oven and a toaster in the property, as we weren’t able to cook toast or cook any meals that needed an oven.

Did property was clean and good value for money.

There is no 24 hours emergency personnel. We were left in the dark due to power cut for a whole night .The contact person was unable to come show us where the fuss was plus he had no knowledge of where the fuss was located in the main building.

Spacious and comfortable apartment for discovering Bologne!

The appartment is in the new building on the ground floor (there are 4-5 of them) with private inner yard closed to the public. You can park your car in the parking lot controlled by a key. There are 2 markets accros the street and the bus stop is very close even though you can walk to the city center in about 20 minutes. Very spacious rooms and bathroom, even better looking than in the photos. The sound of crickets all around! Lovely! I would return to this apartment.

Not enough toiletries, bring your own. Windows don't have mosquito nets, but that didn't seem to be an issue with our stay. Not enough glasses for 4 persons, that seemed strange.

We really enjoyed our stay in Bologna. The property had everything we needed and is near 2 grocery stores. It was a 25 minute walk to the center or a 10 minute bus drive. The city is calmer than the main ones (Florence, Venice and Rome) so we could really take things slow and enjoy the appartement.

A great place to spend a few days in Bologna

We liked the location of the apartment, it was easy to reach from the Autostrada, and also very easy to get into Bologna centre. It was also peaceful and quiet. The apartment was extremely spacious, very clean with a comfortable bed

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Bus station just around the corner with just a 10 minute bus journey to the central station and restaurants nearby. Nicholas who met us at the apartment was very accommodating and friendly.

The walls were thin but I would expect this. Extra pillows would have been nice.

Good place to stay in Bologna

The flat was very clean and everything seemed new. It has a separate gated entrance with 3 more flats of the same company and little garden in front. There was heating (we visited in March) and aircon. Enough space for 4 people. It's a half an hour walk from the city centre - not a problem but might look closer in the map.

We were missing some equipment - there we no wine glasses for example, it would be nice to have some teabags and coffee as a compliment. Even though the beds are comfortable the pillows were a bit flat and duvets didn't have covers.

There are many supermarkets around. The apartment is modern and cosy. Very helpful staff during the check-in. There is an free parking opportunity in front of the apartment.

The apartment is not located in beautiful and central location. It is a little bit far away from city center by walk. However, you can take a bus. There are some issues in the apartment which are not fixed or replaced it for a long time as I understand from the previous comments. You have to submit your check-out time in advance, otherwise you must check-out at 8 o´clock in the very early morning.

a large and spacious apartment

Our room was not cleaned check-in time, we were able to enter with a delay of 3 hours. also it wasn't clean enough, the floors were very dusty. Ventilation was poor, our clothes got moisturized

- very spacious - very close to supermarket - free parking - nice shower - the apartment seems new renovated. - quick response from the staff

- no ventilation so we had to open the window, otherwise the whole apartment stays dampy and humidity. we also found some molds surrounding the window in the bathroom. - then mosquitoes and flies came into the apartment when the windows are opened. - the check-in and check-out system is not nice, to be honest. we booked via Booking.com but we had to do the check-in via their own website which makes difficulty to change arrival time and check-in. also, at the day before the day we departure, we received an automatic message mentioning us regarding the check-out time and other details, that made me think we have to check-out at the day the message sent, and in that reminding message the check-out time was at 8:00 that is a time we never informed them. - the bed is a bit too soft to us so we tried to sleep on the sofa bed, but turns out it seems the sofa bed is quite unsanitary. - other small details: - broken mirror light in the shower room; - the surface of toilet flushing button was missing. - it seems there is blood spot on bed blanket.

Everything what is silver and shiny was clean, but all the rest wasn't. In the kitchen only top was clean, but dishes had stains and we washed them again. Walls in the kitchen full of fat/oil and tomato sauce. Floor next to bed dusty and couch not hovered for long long time, so full of dust and rest of food. My wife didn't manage to sit on the couch and I felt like everything was itching me after sitting on it.

Convenient for my work at the airport, easy parking, and close to supermarkets bars etc

I was only given one set of towels and bedding for a two week stay, when I asked for some more, nobody replied to my messages, so the towels were a bit dirty by the end of the trip. I have stayed here before and there were plenty of towels and bedding.

Nice apartment located very close by two supermarkets (COOP and Lidl)

As we were 4 people staying there it would have been nice to have enough glasses/cutlery for 4 people to eat. We asked our host to provide some additional but have never heard back. Regarding the check out we have also asked what should we do with the keys but haven't received any reply.
