Superb

The property was very cosy and spacious for 2 persons. It was very quiet, which is a top criteria for me :), despite being located on a boulevard, windows are very sound-proof. Everything was perfectly clean. The location is perfect for reaching the center by a short bus ride /bus stop is in front of the building/ and there is a private parking right opposite the building if you have arrived by car.

Convenient and comfortable flat with good access to public transport to the center of Bologna.

Our host was very nice and the communication was great. We had an issue with the electricity and he responded immediately and came to try and fix it as soon as possible. We also needed to book a taxi super early in the morning and he was very kind to book it for us. The location was good with easy access to public transport to the city center. The apartment had all that's needed for a comfortable stay and it was also close to the airport with quick access - 10 minutes by taxi.

The mattress in the room wasn't very comfortable. It would have been nice to have a cutting board.

Great location with easy commute to the city center. Clean, well-equipped apartments - it had everything we needed and more. The air conditioning is a blessing. The host is super nice and eager to help.

Great, comfortable stay

The location of the flat is extremely convenient, especially if you’re arriving by plane. The bus stop that connects the airport with the city is right across the street from the apartment. The host met us, even though we arrived a bit late and kindly showed us the apartment, and provided useful tips. The accommodation is located on a main boulevard that leads straight to the heart of Bologna. There’s a pretty nice restaurant next to the apartment building entrance, that served delicious authentic Italian food and is open late. Even though the location is on a busy street, the nights were quiet due to the good soundproof. There’s some coffee/tea available in the apartment as well as amenities to prepare a home-made meal. Check out was really easy and the host offered to call us a taxi, since our flight was really early in the morning, which was very kind.

The floor could be cleaned better, but that comment concerns the cleaning staff of the property.

Exceptional

The apartment is very nice, clean, with modern, minimalist furniture, but with everything you need either for a short or long stay. It has fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, a living room and a bedroom with a double and a single bed. There are 2 supermarkets nearby (Lidl, Coop), the airport bus station is just across the street, while historical center or Central station is just 25/30 minutes walk. Communication with host was good, we met for keys handover and gave us some info. I would definitely choose again this apartment with no regrets.

Wonderful place

The apartment is clean and comfortable. There is a bus stop for the city center, the train station and the airport near it (about 100 m). There is a pizza restaurant on the ground floor of the building. The owner is very kind.

Great apartment! Love the kitchen! Beds were clean and comfortable!

Parking was across a busy street. The floors were well swept, but not clean my kid’s feet were black. It is claimed to be sound proof, but we could here the neighbors tv and other things as well...

Il rumore. Non ho dormito per colpa del vicino di casa ha tenuto TUTTA NOTTE/MATTINA PRESTO la tav accesa molto alta. Motivo per cui non tornerei.

Come a casa...

L'appartamento era dotato di tutti i comfort possibili, pulizia impeccabile, ottima posizione in una zona dotata di servizi e parcheggi e da cui il centro di Bologna è facilmente raggiungibile. Consigliato per un soggiorno familiare.
