Nice apartments close to the center

Nice apartments, located close enough to the historical center, free parking at the house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, good beds, wi-fi, on the first floor. The hostess gave all the instructions on WhatsApp.

Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning, so it was very hot for the summer period.

A very comfortable and clean Appartment in a quiet neighborhood. It is much nicer in real life than the pictures on Booking website. The communication with the owner was via WhatsApp, very fast and efficient. Easy self check in, don’t have to worry about arrival hours. Private parking at the back of the house. The location was perfect for us. It is close to Saragozza gate, if you like to walk. We used the nearby bus station to get to Piazza Majorie, 6 stops, and walked back. If you are arriving by car, the Appartment is outside the ZTL zone, no need to worry about getting a driving permit to ZTL.

Very good

Extremely clean and furnisjed with all the essentials for a short stay but also amenities for a longer stay. Very well served by public transport but also close enough to walk to the City Centre. Another bonus was free parking outside the apartment. Highly recommend if your looking for reliable, decent and affordable accommodation in Boogna. The host was also extremely proactive and attentive, and just really pleasant to deal with.

Located in a pleasant leafy residential area, with very regular buses for a 10 minute trip to city centre.

it was a bit noisy from internal sounds in the building- you could hear everything from the upstairs apartment- even though they were not noisy, just poor noise insulation- surprising in a new building - but not really an issue for us. There is a short flight of stairs at the entrance.

Exceptional

The owner is very helpful. The communication was quick and smooth. The location is excellent. You are close to the zone with limited traffic, so you can leave your car in the parking (which is included) and walk to the city. We were impressed with the kitchen. It is not only well equipped but gorgeous. Lovely plates, sweet cups, the whole kitchen is in one style. We enjoyed it. The furniture in other rooms is also great. You will enjoy it! It is ideal for three adults or 3+1child. Wifi is of good quality. Next time when we visit Bologna, for sure will stay here.

It would be good to add a microwave oven. But it wasn't a big deal.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartment im schönen Stadtteil Saragossa. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bis zu den Arkaden nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Carrefour Express um die Ecke, mit dem Bus nur wenige Minuten bis zur Innenstadt. Sehr bequeme Betten, 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Eigener Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Unbedingt zu empfehlen.

L’apartament és còmode amb el més necessari per a un viatge. Molt còmode tenir dos lavabos. Disposa de parking, està ben ubicat i la comunicació amb l’amfitriona ha estat de 10. Molt atenta i amable. Gràcies :)
