The apartment was very clean. Had everything we needed. The host was friendly.

The double bed was too firm. It was also dented in the middle. Not something that had a big impact on our stay.

Good breakfast, good coffee,, good facilities, friendly owner.

Only two things for improvement: 1. The floor could have been moped (otherwise a very clean apartment) 2. The pillows were not comfortable (the bed mattresses were fine.).

Immaculately clean little apartment in a good position. Well equipped and comfortable. Very welcoming and friendly host.

Description says parking on site but there isn’t. It’s in the street outside and only if there is space. Its a busy residential neighbourhood. Balcony was welcome in the heat but very small. No real access to the terrace/garden

Il Sig. Moreno è stato molto disponibile. Nella casa c'era tutto, molto pulita e confortevole. Sicuramente se capiterà di tornare a Bologna torneremo qui.

Fantastico

Ottimo punto di appoggio per vicinanza alla Unipol Arena e facilmente raggiungibile dal centro di Bologna. Appartamento ben arredato e dotato di tutto il necessario. Il signor Moreno persona squisita e disponibile, si è anche offerto di fornirci personalmente trasporto dall’arena all’appartamento
