Could have been ok-ish, but worst check-in ever

The lady that let me in and greeted me during the check-out was friendly, and apologetic. Spaces were clean. Price a bit high for the area and what the flat has to offer.

I tried to keep the host updated about my arrival at the apartement. After waiting several minutes in front of the door, I call the number in the booking document [and in the plaquette in front of the house], and received an answer saying that somebody wouble arrive within 5 minutes to open the door. 5 minutes pass, 10 minutes, 15... 20... It passed - literally - more than one hour. I was outside, cold, no news, and I actually started feeling sick remaining still in front of the house in december weather. Tried to contact the host on the same phone number for which I got the first reply, and there was no answer notwithstanding the several calls. I also had a work meeting, for which I wanted to prepare but couldn't because I was outside in the cold, and I was actually shivering during the meeting. So, not a good check-in experience. Not at all. Actually, worst of all time. I would have preferred that nobody replied in the first place. But once you reply and you tell me "5 minutes"... It could be 5, 10, 15... but not an hour without telling anything on the phone, in december, with the guest in front of the door under the weather. The lady that eventually arrived to open the house told me that there is apparently a second phone number [which I did not see in their plaquette in front of the house, nor is present in the confirmation document that Booking gave me, or on the Booking app]... Hope they can make this visible somehow, or also just communicate it via message through Booking. Once inside, the house was very cold and the bed was not very confortable. Not many useful things inside. I caught a cold eventually, which messed up my next days. Cannot say it is only because of the cold I experienced before checking-in and during my stay in the flat, but cannot imagine it is not correlated.

Esperienza meravigliosa

Esperienza meravigliosa. Personale accogliente, gentile, simpatico e super disponibile. Appartamento ampio e pulito a pochi passi di distanza dall'Unipol Arena (dove ho assistito ad un concerto bellissimo di Annalisa). Qualora ci sia un nuovo evento e la disponibilitá della struttura pernotteró ancora da loro.

La casa era bella e pulita

Arrivato alle 23 con preavviso al proprietario questo si è presentato dopo la mezzanotte: un'ora e un quarto ad aspettare in strada. Mi ero fermato soprattutto per dormire e riposare prima di una impegnativa giornata di lavoro. Pessimi.
