Beautiful stay with very helpful hosts

It’s a beautiful house in a wonderful location. You can relax there,l with the city view, it’s very quite and peaceful. There are many nice walks around. The hosts were wonderful, we are really grateful to Francesco, he made our stay wonderful. Definitely a place to come back to.

A Peaceful Escape

The very peaceful location of the B&B, with its idyllic garden and beautiful view, is truly a gem. The hostess, Anna, is so charming and friendly. We were really able to relax here. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tranquil stay while still being close to the city center of Bologna.

Awesome quiet retreat

We took 5 days around the Toscana region, to see the Imola F1 Grand Prix and also take shoet trips around the region, and decided to get a quiet place to get back at the end of every day. And I must say it dod not disappoint. The locatio ia really incredible, in the middle of a natural park, super clean air, really quiet , and the view is pretty amazing, the hills overlooking Bologna. The hoast is really great, she gave us some really good pointers, like renting a car right after we land at the airport, as the hotel is easier to reach that way, and also restaurants around, you have one at walking distance that has really goos food and service. As for the acomodations, everying was really good, clean, comfortable and cozy. 5 stars all around!

Lovely gateway not too far from Bologna

Lovely Podere in the hills just outside Bologna. Anna was lovely and very helpful. Facilities were of high quality. Would highly recommend and hopefully will be back soon

A lovely stay in the outskirts of Bologna

Communication and helpfulness were fantastic. Really appreciated the support to get to the hotel. The location was superb as was the view. Restaurant an easy walk up the hill to enjoy and a bus stop right out front of the accommodation. Recommend to others to stay.

The only downside was that the rooms are noisy and you can hear the movements of the other guests and residents. Quite a few cars moving in and out of this otherwise serene location.

Friendly and professionalism staff, very neat and clean room, GREAT LOCATION very close to Santuario Madonna di San Luca, spacious room with super facilities, space for your car, with great view up the hills of Bologna. For sure one of the best accommodations we’ve ever been, for sure our first choice when we visit Bologna next time.

If you are looking for quiet and peaceful place, this is the one.

The reception was very friendly. We got a bottle of wine some fruits and Coffee pods for espresso machine. Nice apartment. Brand new construction and furniture. Located on a farm area (on the hills). The owner advice us to rent a car to give us more comfort (public transport not reliable). Very quiet place, good for recovering from Florence noise (all nights). Strong recommend!

Exclusive location in the hills of Bologna not far from the Sanctuary of the Madonna di San Luca. Nice view on the wineyards, San Luca, and the lights of the city of Bologna down in the heat. Great to be there in the fresh air. The old building is carefully renovated, the rooms provide you with all comfort needed. Parking on premises, entry with electronic keycard, absolutely safe! Easy to reach by car, there is a public transport bus, but not that frequent and late night. The host helps with all information needed, including recommendation for restaurants.

1. Fantastic location with easy access to the Sanctuary of San Luca, great views of the surrounding area, & downtown Bologna 2. Clean & modern facilities with all the necessary amenities available 3. Friendly & welcoming host

For convenience sake, one definitely needs a car & it is not the easiest drive up for people unused to driving along narrow streets uphill. However, this is not a complaint just advice for those considering this great place

We arrived in the evening somewhat later than expected but our host was very understanding, accommodating and helpful. We stayed 5 nights, and could have easily extended our stay for many more days. Everything was just perfect, and would like to thank Anna for being a wonderful host.

Everything 🙂. Room was super clean, breakfast was always handed over the afternoon before for the next day. The location was amazing, not to far from the city but away from the chaos 🙂. Also the host was really nice!

Eine nette Unterkunft mit sauberen, schönen Räumen, hilfsbereitem Personal und einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Ich kann es auf jeden Fall empfehlen, wenn Sie eine Unterkunft außerhalb des Zentrums suchen.

Zwar kann die Unterkunft selbst nichts dafür, aber auf der Straße dorthin gab es Bauarbeiten und ein Teil war gesperrt, sodass wir einen großen Umweg in die Stadt machen mussten. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt. Die Unterkunft hatte kein Restaurant bzw. keine Möglichkeit zum Frühstücken.

Traumland nahe San Luca

Die Lage nicht weit von San Luca ist einmalig, da man von dort eine exzellente Sicht auf die Stadt Bologna hat. Im Prinzip gibt es vor der Unterkunft eine Bushaltestelle, die morgens, mittags und abends mit einem Kleinbus bedient wird. Leider war dies bei unserem Aufenthalt wegen Bauarbeiten nicht möglich, aber die Gastgeberin hatte uns vorsorglich über eine alternative Anfahrt informiert.

Tutto perfetto

La titolare è molto gentile e disponibile. La struttura è molto bella e curata, si è fuori dalla confusione cittadina, ma molto vicina al Santuario della B.V. di San Luca e al centro della città (da raggiungere necessariamente con mezzi pubblici o auto). La sera è molto affascinante sentire i rumori della natura e vedere contemporaneamente Bologna dall'alto e la cupola del Santuario.
