Great for a calm trip

In general we really liked the flat. 1. The location was very good for us, with the supermarket, cafes and bus stops nearby. 2. The flat was newly renovated and had enormous amount of storage place, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, tea, everything for cooking. There were many pillows and blankets too. 3. Nights were quite. 4. The home is kind of 'smart' with a lot of different light options

The only big inconvenience was lack of any instructions for the flat (I'm not very used to a smart house) + for the entry. 1. The instruction on how to get keys were sent via WhatsApp - I do not use this messenger and this platform recommends against it. The host responded very quick in the chat here, in Booking, and everything was sorted out. 2. It took us more than half an hour to find second pair of linen for the sofa bed - we were tired after the trip and with the millions of storage places it was quite a quest to go through all of them to find pillows, blankets and linen (all 3 in different places). The host sent us 1st the description of the place where to look for but it was not clear still, so she sent us photo - that finally helped but with a clear instruction written somewhere in the flat this strange activity would not happen. Everything else was good and we'd stay there 100% next time

My only real complaint is that we couldn't find a bed sheet for the extendable sofa. Apart from that, all else was 10/10.

Very nice and clean apartment

Self Check-In was easy, the location was perfect for us because we attended a Rallye in Bologna and the start was a few metres away. Everything was clean and comfortable. The host put pasta, beer, etc in the shelves which we did not need, but the idea was very kind.

The only thing we could complain about is that it would be nice to have maybe a few international tv channels, but it was no big problem for us

Exceptional

Such a beautiful place and well equipped. We have been on a business trip and needed an accomodation for one night. Great distance by taxi or bus from Bologna Centrale and the Airport. For sightseeing take bus Nr 20 back to town. Station just around the corner. Super nice and quiet area. Host is great, communication easy and quick. Can highly recommend this place. Thanks for your hospitality.

Moderní vybavení a vše pro případné vaření. Úplné zatemnění elektrickými roletami. Klidná lokalita. Hlasové ovládání osvětlení. Blízko MHD do centra. Obří TV. Klimatizace výborně funguje v obou místnostech.

Pračka by mohla být v bytě a ne ve sklepě. Postel by mohla být širší. 😉

Tutto. Appartamento bellissimo e curato in mille dettagli. Zona tranquilla e sicura, a 8 minuti dallo stadio. Parcheggio libero in strada. Proprietari disponibilissimi. Stati solo per una sera ma sarei stata un mese ☺️

Zdecydowanie polecam, świetny stosunek jakości do ceny

Duży, ładnie i nowocześnie urządzony apartament. Nowoczesny budynek, jasne i zautomatyzowane oświetlenie, nowe lub prawie nowe sprzęty w kuchni i w apartamencie. Lokalizacja bardzo korzystna, zaraz obok przystanku autobusowego (10 minut do centrum autobusem). Pomocny gospodarz.

Jedyny minus to brak pralki, gospodarz co prawda nieodpłatnie oferuje pranie, ale jest to pewna uciążliwość gdyż trzeba czekać na pranie, umawiać się z gospodarzem, planować pranie i tak dalej. Dodatkowo brakuje niektórych elementów wyposażenia kuchennego - brak kieliszków do wina, tylko jeden nóż.

Alles in Allem ein tolles Wochenende in einer modernen, tollen Wohnung.

Es war wirklich alles wunderbar ausgenommen einer Sache. Die habe ich unten angemerkt. Sehr modernes Smarthome. Wenn wir wieder in Bologna sind, werden wir bestimmt wieder Ihre Wohnung buchen.

Leider war der Boden eiskalt. Ich bin wirklich normal nicht empfindlich. Wir haben uns dann Hausschuhe gekauft. 1-2 Teppiche hätten bestimmt geholfen, passt aber vielleicht nicht in die moderne Wohnung ;-)
