The property was perfectly clean, you have everything you need and its in the best neighborhood in Bologna. The host was very helpful and nice!

Great apartment and nice area

Had a lovely stay, the apartment is very spacious and well furnished, has everything you could possibly need and it was clean. The area around is peaceful and nice, with some restaurants within walking distance, a very nice cafe (Caffetteria San Luca) just around the corner, and loads of parking spaces for a great price. The host is really nice and helpful, communication with him was very efficient and the check in process was quick and easy.

The apartament was really nice and clean, very close to the bus station that goes to the city center. I had a great communication with the host, Tony, who was kind and really helpful.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und z.B. für Reisen wegen eines Fußballspielems aber auch

Wir waren wegen eines Fußballspiels dort, dafür ist die Lage perfekt. Aber auch in die Innenstadt ist es zu Fuß ein schöner Spaziergang oder mit dem Bus sehr gut zu erreichen. Tony war sehr hilfsbereit und der Zugang zur Wohnung klappte hervorragend.

Die Straße ist etwas laut. Und ein Wasserkocher sowie ggfs ein Toaster wäre schön. Aber wir haben sowieso auswärts gefrühstückt.

Un city break de vis cu o cazare într-un apartament superb.

Absolut totul. Localizarea, aproape de aeroport, dar aproape și de centru orașului, cu foarte bune legături cu mijloacele de transport în comun. O zonă foarte sigură, curată, un apartament foarte drăguț, curat, cu tot ce ai nevoie. Dormitoare cu paturi confortabile, bucătărie cu tot ce ai nevoie. Liniște. Fără gălăgie de prin împrejurimi sau de la vecini. Și nu în ultimul rând comunicarea cu proprietarul. Tony a fost foarte drăguț, a răspuns foarte rapid la orice întrebări am avut. Cu siguranță vom mai reveni .

A fost ok dar nu ceva nemaipomenit .

Locația este într-o zonă liniștită dar destul de departe de centru .

Curățenia a lăsat de dorit . Când am ajuns , a trebuit să facem din nou curățenie pentru ca nu era aspirat cum trebuie .

Ottimo appartamento vicino allo stadio

Appartamento molto comodo, rinnovato recentemente, con due camere da letto spaziose. Pulizia eccellente. Posizione decentrata, ma ben collegata al centro città. L'appartamento ha l'aria condizionata che sarà sicuramente utile in estate. Bagno comodo e dotato anche di minidosi per l'igiene personale che abbiamo apprezzato. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e si è premurato di informarci circa divieti di parcheggio in zona durante la partita e le restrizioni del traffico.

Giusto un piaio di accortezze di poco conto: doterei la cucina di un adattatore per il piano ad induzione per usare la caffettiera (si riesce comunque ingegnandosi un po', ma non è molto comodo) e una ciabatta per avere una presa di corrente e un'abatjour a destra del letto nella camera in fondo al corridoio.

Appartamento davvero bello

Appartamento molto bello con tutte le comodità. Letti eccezionali. Il proprietario gentilissimo e pronto ad ogni evenienza. Siamo stati molto bene.

È distante dal centro ma comunque è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici e le fermate si trovano dietro l'angolo.
