Excellent, would definitely stay again

The host waited late into the night to meet us as the plane was delayed and were very pleasant. The beds were comfy and rooms large. The two bathrooms were a bonus, both with a good shower. The kitchen had most of what we needed as we planned to eat there half the time. A shop in easy walking distance and plenty of restaurants in the area. It was easy walking distance into the historic town. Parking at the property was easy. Excellent stay.

Only things we could have made the use of would have been a bread knife, scissors and a tea towel. I should have checked about the disposal of rubbish (the recycle bins are on the street and we couldn't access the non-recycle bin as it needed a pass). The local tax needs paying in cash so if you are travelling from out of italy make sure you bring some!

Spacious but dirty

The apartment is big and spacious and it has free gated parking.

The bathrooms were clearly not cleaned. There were hair and soap stains from previous tenants. All towels were stained and smelled. You need about 30 mins to go to the city center and there isn't anything around.

Bene ma migliorabile

Spazi adeguati per 4 persone, soprattutto per il fatto che erano presenti 2 bagni ed una cucina ampia con elettrodomestici e comfort necessari.

I bagni non erano stati puliti in modo approfondito (erano presenti capelli e polvere su alcune parti dei sanitari) e gli asciugamani avevano delle macchie (probabilmente lavati con lavaggio standard ma non igienizzati). In una camera si sentiva odore di umidità tenendo la porta chiusa tutta la notte. Inoltre, il parcheggio interno non era disponibile a causa di lavori e non eravamo stati avvertiti. Abbiamo dunque dovuto pagare il parcheggio esterno per tutta la permanenza.

Comoditá e tranquillità a due passi dal centro

Signora gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottima per andare in centro a piedi e anche zona stadio in caso di eventi. Casa accogliente e pulita e molto tranquilla se pur vicina al centro, con tutto l'occorrente. Vicinissima a supermercati, bar, ristoranti. Parcheggio privato di fronte a casa, importantissimo a Bologna. Consigliata!

Appartamento confortevole con parcheggio

Appartamento nuovo grande con due stanze da letto spaziose e due bagni, uno interno ad una stanza. Essendo in due siamo stati comodissimi. Ingresso ampio che funge da cucina e soggiorno. Ci sono divano, tavolo con sedie e tagliere, frigo, condizionatori e wifi. Presenti anche ferro da stiro con asse (comodissimo) e phon. Tante prese con attacco spina e USB molto comode. Parcheggio interno comodo e sicuro. Proprietaria gentilissima.

Le uniche due note negative sono le zanzariere altissime che una volta aperte non siamo riusciti a richiudere perché inaccessibili, quindi non abbiamo potuto più arieggiare una stanza e un forte odore di fogna all' esterno (che però tenendo chiuse le finestre non è mai penetrato all'Interno)

La tasa turística de 5,80€/persona y día, me pareció un tanto excesiva. Es un suplemento que no figura en el precio del alojamiento.

een aantal huishoudelijke dingen zoals een loszittende kraan in keuken, wiebelende ijskast, geen stofzuiger(tje), enz waarover ik de host geïnformeerd heb.

Un'oasi di comfort nel cuore della città

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo B&B e sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta, a pochi passi dal centro storico, il che mi ha permesso di esplorare la città a piedi senza problemi. La struttura è dotata di due bagni spaziosi e ben attrezzati, un vero plus per chi viaggia in gruppo o in famiglia. Ho apprezzato molto anche la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto in un'area privata e custodita, con cancello elettrico, che mi ha dato una grande tranquillità. Ma ciò che ha reso il mio soggiorno davvero speciale è stata la disponibilità dell'host. Sempre gentile e pronto a soddisfare ogni mia richiesta, mi ha fatto sentire come a casa. Consiglio vivamente questo B&B a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza di soggiorno confortevole e accogliente.

Potenzialmente buono... necessità di migliorie

La casa si trova in un contesto molto tranquillo e silenzioso. Il posto auto assegnato è un notevole vantaggio, come anche avere 2 bagni. Gli spazi della casa sono ben distribuiti, all'esterno prima di entrare c'è un piccolo patio da cui si accede al soggiorno/cucina con divano a penisola, tavolo e sedie. Dal corridoio si accede a una camera doppia, una matrimoniale con bagno + un altro bagno. La posizione è veramente comoda: permette di raggiungere il centro a piedi.

L'appartamento è un pian terreno poco luminoso. Mi sarei aspettata più cura nei particolari e nei servizi: in entrambe le docce non c'è un appoggio per bagnoschiuma/shampoo, la dotazione di cucina non offre neppure un coltello da cucina, cucchiaio di legno, forbici, non c'è uno scolapiatti (non essendoci lavastoviglie sarebbe utile) pentole e stoviglie erano sporche, nel frigo c'erano avanzi degli ospiti precedenti, il tavolo ha un'estesa bruciatura che è stata nascosta da un grande tagliere, gli asciugamani erano molto ruvidi, la pulizia della casa lascia un po' a desiderare... per il costo pagato mi sarei aspettata un po' più di cura

Bardzo udany pobyt.

Duże udogodnienie to 2 łazienki. Obiekt blisko centrum ok 25 minut spacerkiem pod katedrę. 30 minut piechotą na dworzec kolejowy i autobusowy. Blisko markety Conad, Coop. Bardzo sympatyczna właścicielka mogliśmy zostawić bagaże do wieczora w dniu wyjazdu.
