Gute Lage, ruhig, netter Innenhof, sicherer Parkplatz

Man kann aufgrund der ZTL nicht mit dem Auto vors Haus fahren, um Gepäck ein- und auszuladen. Der für 25 € verfügbare Parkplatz ist gut und sicher, aber leider 500 m entfernt, was mit Gepäck recht anstrengend ist.

Great central location and a very safe building. There was nice seating for all the guests (we were three people), including a sweet little courtyard by the kitchen. Bus stops were never far away. Most of the kitchenwares we needed for cooking were present, and the shower/hot water was very nice, especially for an old building. The host was very accommodating with our need for late check in, and communicated clearly with us to ensure everything ran smoothly.

Nothing that made the stay unbearable, but it felt a bit barebones in some places. Extras that could have been nice bonuses (hair dryer, cooking ingredients) were broken/empty. We were using three beds but only had sheets for two. The pull out couch in the living room was comfortable but on the verge of falling apart. Safe, but the small details added up to a slightly negative impression of the place’s upkeep.

Molto ampia, comoda, accogliente. Ottima posizione, in 20 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro.

Leggermente fredda (temperatura) nella prima serata, però con coperte si è stati molto bene.

Per una notte dopo un concerto andava bene

Le prese entrano nel muro quando ci si attacca la spina, Manca l’aria condizionata, eravamo in 6 e c’erano solo 3 cialde del caffè , il lavandino del bagno è troppo alto e in generale la struttura è un po’ raffazzonata
