Les appartements sont beaux et spacieux. La déco est moderne et les équipements sont neufs. Le système de climatisation fonctionne très bien. Le jet de la douche est puissant.
Avec le système de codes mis en place pour accéder à l appartement, il n’y a plus besoin de rencontrer les propriétaires de l’appartement. C’est pratique/fonctionnel mais c’est un peu impersonnel. Apres ça fonctionne très bien

Arrivando in auto, per visitare Bologna hanno un parcheggio molto comodo, si può lasciare l’auto e raggiungere il centro a piedi in circa 30 minuti sotto i portici. I letti sono abbastanza comodi e la biancheria abbastanza nuova.
Il loft era spazioso e accogliente.
L’impostazione del climatizzatore non era modificabile, considerando le alte temperature del periodo non si riusciva a riposare dal caldo. I cuscini dei letti erano scomodi.
In generale la manutenzione del loft era scarsa (miscelatore della cucina smontato e maniglia della porta d’ingresso senza pomolo)

Με τα πόδια το κέντρο ήταν σχετικά μακριά, αλλά ικανοποιητική η συγκοινωνία
Δεν μας άρεσε το γεγονός ότι το κατάλυμα ήταν στο ισόγειο και έβγαινες κατευθείαν στον δρόμο, όπως και το ότι - πάλι λόγω ισογείου - τα παράθυρα ήταν ψηλά και δεν έβλεπες έξω. Επίσης, μας ξένισε η έλλειψη προσωπικής επαφής με τους διαχειριστές. Το σύστημα ήταν εντελώς απρόσωπο.
