I’ve enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend this apartment.

Nice, modern apartment in a good location, 20 min walk from the main square. Several gates for protection. Nice, communicative host.

I stayed in the apartment at the beginning of March, so it was a bit cold at night. But there is always the possibility to use air-conditioning for heating and there is a big radiator in the bathroom.

Everything is simply wonderful! Fabio and his wife Alberta are just darlings, the house has EVERYTHING for a comfortable stay. There's even a first aid kit! The bed is very comfortable. We stayed only for one night, but we didn't want to leave, everything is very cozy. Thank you for your efforts 🤍 And last but not least - Forza Milan 😁

We had an amazing stay at Fabio's apartment. He met us at the property and showed us around. The apartment is great for a couple or two people and it has everything you may need! There is AC and an espresso maker with many capsules which was a very pleasant surprise. The apartment was clean and tidy as well. We booked quite early so it was really a value for money stay. There's also some space outside where you can have breakfast/chill which was cool too! It's about 20/25 minutes from Le due Torri so prepare yourself for some walking! We 'll definately try and book there again next time we 're in Bologna! Thanks Fabio!

Super clean and comfortable studio, 30 minutes walk to the main square.

Very spacious and comfortable studio, there is almost everything you may need even for a longer stay - full set of dishes and cutlery, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine, pots and frying pans, all of a very good quality and in good condition. Fabulously comfy bed and sofa, very convenient location just at the gate to the historic old town. Lots of shops nearby, many places for a meal/coffee, sandwich. Spotlessly clean. Quiet and safe area. Buses 81 and 91 running very close to the airport just from around the corner.

The only thing that I find missing in apartments of such a high standard is an iron, could be a small one. It would be a cherry on top for people who travel several places and need their clothes refreshed a little.

Fabio was an amazing host, very helpful, communication was easy. The room is very stylish and very well equipped. The aparment was heated, tea, coffee and candy were prepared for us as we arrived. Very clean. Close to the downtown. Everything you need for a short stay. Fabio recommended some great restaurants as well.

The two rooms are not fully separated, and the one air conditioning panel blows the air to the bed.

A comfortable and quiet stay near the city center!

the accommodation was very comfortable, clean and spacious. the interior is beautiful with simple decoration without tiring you and with attention to details! in a beautiful neighborhood very close to the city center and without being afraid of the evening. on my next visit to Bologna of course and I would choose it again!

The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed the 20 min walk (if that) to the centre and it was a similar distance to the train station. The room was spacious an comfortable. Loved our stay here in Bologna. Thanks to the hosts, they were great too.

Really nice, clean and well equiped apartment, with great location. I fully recommend. Communication with owner Fabio before arrival was perfect (we got instructions and contact details so it helped us very well) and many thanks to his wife Alberta for waiting due to our delay in evening arrival (delayed flight and our stop in shop). We really enjoyed our weekend stay in Bologna.

Super comfortable stay in a central area

Everything was great, from the host to the accommodation. We had a late check-in, and everything went smoothly. The studio has everything you need, it's very clean and well furbished, in a relatively quiet area from where you can to easily reach Bologna's main landmarks. It's also easy to reach from the airport or the train station. As a bonus, we really loved the wall painting and posters.

Only one issue - you can easily hear noises from the neighbors.

Komfortabel eingerichtet und geräumig für zwei Erwachsene. Kaffeemaschine und Teekocher vorhanden, generell gut eingerichtete Küche. Sehr gute Lage, nur 1 Minute zu einer Bäckerei, nur 15 Minuten zur Piazza Maggiore. Das beste ist der Vermieter. Fabio ist extrem freundlich, bei Fragen ist er sofort hilfsbereit. Hat Empfehlungen für Restaurants und nimmt einen persönlich an der Unterkunft in Empfang. Kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen.
