This was clean and convenient, well located a short stroll to centre of the old town. It's a modern apartment, comfortable but not characterful. Bologna is great though.

It took a little finding, the front door being off the street. Air conditiong was inadequate, we had to invest in a stand up fan. Info regarding waste disposal / recycling wasn't great. The unit has been furnished in a modern IKEA style but it lacks character and not everything seemed quite finished (or held together). Still, overall it was comfortable.

La casa era molto pulita luminosa ed in centro ..il letto era molto comodo...mi e piaciuto molto il modo come era arredata moderno e sfizioso..

Qualche dettaglio tipo cerano due tovaglie grande da bagno mancava la tovaglia media per il viso...cera solo una capsula per il caffe...il bagno non era finestrato ...difficile da togliere gli odori ...mettere un deodorante piu potente...ho dovuto comprarlo...

Our host (Emma) was attentive and provided excellent reviews on where to eat and what to do in the city. The property is also in an excellent location, close to sites and convenient.

1. Poor drainage, the shower needs to be turned off about every 90 seconds for the drain to catch up with the water. It will otherwise spill over. The sink has a similar issue. 2. We had an unannounced emergency outage for the water on our last night between 10pm and our departure at about 8 am the next day. No toilets or faucets were operational. This was not our hosts fault but realkasa was unresponsive until the next afternoon when we tried to contact them. Once they learned we had left the unit we received no further answer. 3. The WiFi was out on our arrival but fixed on the first business day of our stay.
