Realkasa Marconi

The location was perfect for us. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

The property provides very clear instructions for getting into the apartment, but we still managed to get confused- the keys were stored next to a different apartment on the same floor. Once we figured it out and had the keys, everything was great.

Our host (Emma) was attentive and provided excellent reviews on where to eat and what to do in the city. The property is also in an excellent location, close to sites and convenient.

1. Poor drainage, the shower needs to be turned off about every 90 seconds for the drain to catch up with the water. It will otherwise spill over. The sink has a similar issue. 2. We had an unannounced emergency outage for the water on our last night between 10pm and our departure at about 8 am the next day. No toilets or faucets were operational. This was not our hosts fault but realkasa was unresponsive until the next afternoon when we tried to contact them. Once they learned we had left the unit we received no further answer. 3. The WiFi was out on our arrival but fixed on the first business day of our stay.
