A prescindere che il nostro soggiorno è stato molto veloce e solo per dormire il mio giudizio è sicuramente positivo. A 5 minuti a piedi dallo stadio e in zona tranquilla parcheggio ampio a pagamento in zona.

La casa è pulita e ha tutto il necessario che serve per un appartamento. L’abbiamo usata come base di partenza della Via degli Dei ed è stata ottima come posizione perché ci ha permesso di iniziare dalla Salita di San Luca, la più scenografica di Bologna
Da considerare che è un appartamento al 5 piano senza ascensore
