Casa Via de Rosa

Clean and nice apartment. In a nice are of Bologna. There is a supermarket close on the street and access to bus station gave us quick access to the city center. The property owner was very nice, she meet us at the apartment and actually gave some recommendations on what to visit and where to find some good food 😄

The wi fi quality wasn’t the best, but I’m sure it can be improved and if you are there to visit the city, that won’t matter to much

The neighborhood is residential and quiet The flat is simple but with everything you need A little walk to the old town, but doable. Silvia was really involved to help and communicated very well with us

Ich hatte selten so schöne, gepflegte und durchdacht ausgestattete Unterkunft in Italien. Die Lage ist hervorragend: eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich nur etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es außerdem einen großen Supermarkt, Café und Restaurant. Das Appartement bietet wirklich alles, was man braucht - und sogar mehr, als man erwarten würde. Besonders beeindruckend hat mich die Sauberkeit. Alles war makellos und glänzte förmlich. Man fühlt sich wohl und merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität und Gastfreundschaft gelegt wird. Vielen Dank an die Besitzer. Sie sind unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit.

Appartamento accogliente all interno di piccola palazzina. Zona molto tranquilla, nelle vicinanze fermate bus, più difficoltoso trovare taxi. Cmq percorrendo qualche km si arriva tranquillamente al centro, una bella passeggiata sotto i portici, di giorno consiglio. L hoste Silvia, la signora che ci ha accolto, che dire, gentillissima, esaustiva nel consigliarci su come muoverci. Ha curato l appartamento alla perfezione con tutti i servizi, nn manca niente, e poi super pulitooooo. Fantastica Silvia speriamo di rincontrarla❤️

Una stupidaggine, i cuscini, per quanto fossero di piume, avrei gradito almeno un altro in più per come sono abituata.
