Nice and comfy place in a beautiful neighbourhood

Perfect location , quiet neighbourhood full of trees. The place is just 1 min walk from the bus station . It’s about 10-15 min walk distance from super market . The host is super helpful and nice ,helped us a lot . Bus that takes you to downtown is just outside the house . About 30-35 min walk distance to get to the centre .

Everithing was perfect. We do not need air conditioner even outside temperature was over 30 drgrees. Good bus link to the city center (except on Sundays). Kitchen is fully equiped. Excelent for 2 or 3 people.

It is a bit problem to adjust hot/cold water in the shower.

The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. Amazon prime was a plus. Despite the cold weather, the appartment was warm. There was always hot water and coffee available. Would recommend

Bologna - city of arcades

Everything was in accordance with the information on the website, as we expected. The apartment is suitable for three people to stay for a short time, everything is extremely clean and tidy. The small kitchen is well equipped, bathroom clean and functional, whole apartment is decorated with spirit. The apartment is located in a green, very quiet residential part of the city and is well connected by bus lines to the center of Bologna. Free parking provided on the street right in front of the apartment.

Ottima struttura in posizione strategica

Appartamento ampio, molto confortevole e con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno senza pensieri, in una zona tranquilla con parcheggio in strada comodissimo e servizio autobus per raggiungere il centro in 10 minuti. Francesco è stato davvero gentilissimo, ci ha dato ottimi suggerimenti per visitare la città, per spostarci e per mangiare. È stato un soggiorno davvero piacevole, consiglio vivamente questa struttura per chi volesse visitare Bologna e dintorni.

L'host Francesco è stato incredibilmente disponibile e gentile, ci ha fornito tantissimi consigli utili per scoprire al meglio la zona. La struttura si trova in un'ottima posizione, il parcheggio si trova facilmente nella strada all'esterno. Si tratta di un mini appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort. Ben pulito, arredato con stile, assolutamente funzionale. Molto consigliato

Bologna ist sehenswert, innerhalb 1 Stunde sind auch Ferrara und Ravenna gut zu erreichen.

Schlüsselübergabe problemlos mit Schlüsselbox. Kleines Apartement mit bequemen Bett, super Bad und absolut sauber. Kostenloses Parken in der Nähe möglich. Zu Fuß 30 min. in die Altstadt. Vermieter immer über Whats App erreichbar. Wohnung direkt an der Straße.

Piacevole relax nel verde e a poca distanza dalla città, consiglio decisamente questa struttura.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Francesco è una persona brillante e molto disponibile. I libri, i film a disposizione belli e davvero interessanti. La zona è molto tranquilla e immersa nel verde, seppur non lontana da Via Saragozza, da dove si può raggiungere qualsiasi destinazione con i mezzi pubblici.
