Perfect if you, like us, want to stay close to the airport. Th apparent is small but very clean.

The street outside is noisy so it’s impossible to sleep with window open. No AC. A little bit expensive for what it offers.

The apartment is renovated with new equiped furniture. It was really clean, at the kitchen you can find everything you could need, even an iron and an ironing board. Wifi speed is great. It’s located 30 minutes by foot from airport and about 5 minutes from train stop. So it suits perfect if you have flight from Bologna airport. There are different pizzerias and lidl nearby if you would like to eat or buy something.

Lo zelo del proprietario sempre disponibile, l'appartamento confortevole e pulito, c'era tutto il necessario per la pulizia, il prezzo poi davvero onesto.

Difficoltà di trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze, alcuni inconvenienti tecnici (superabili): 1 presa shuko sola (le altre sono prese italiane), lavandino con rubinetto acqua calda bloccato. Manca un armadio (anche piccolo) dove riporre le valige o gli indumenti, così abbiamo usato il 4° letto.

Per dormire senza pretese il posto è ottimo. Di fronte c'è anche un comodissimo bar.

Sistemazione molto basica ma eccellente per un soggiorno con costi moderati. Nell'alloggio c'è tutto quello che serve. Pulizia ottima.

Un po troppi contenitori di saponi, shampo, detregenti, detersivi, prodotti per le pulizie ecc.; Tutti cominciati ma comunque puliti ed utilizzabili.

la casa era moderna, ma sembrava che fosse abitata da qualcuno stabilmente. era pulita sommariamente, ho il sospetto che le lenzuola non fossero lavate e il bagno era decisamente non pulito.

Tutto bene, ottima sistemazione

Struttura pulitissima, profumata e accogliente. Letti comodissimi. Posizione abbastanza comoda al centro. Istruzioni chiare e gestione in completa autonomia. Bagno pulito molto fornito.

Solo il fatto che sarebbe stata gradita una tenda oscurante per evitare che la luce entrasse dalla finestra

Consigliato per posizione e comodità.

L'intero appartamento molto bello e curato. Soprattutto pulito. Cucina super funzionale con tutto ciò che può servire anche per farsi una pasta al volo.... i letti super comodi e puliti. Bagno nuovo e molto pulito. Insomma nel complesso andava benissimo.
