Alloggio pulito, fresco nonostante le alte temperature, fornito di tutto e rifinito nei dettagli. Letto e cuscini comodissimi!

This was a spacious apartment that provided everything we needed for a three day stay. It was comfortable and a great space to explore Bologna.

On a final day, we found ourselves in a situation not of our making. When we arrived, Sabrina guided us into the first parking spot near the entrance, number 3. On our final day, we returned to find the space occupied and had to park our car in a space adjacent to the space allocated to us. We shortly found ourselves embroiled in an animated discussion with 4 lots of neighbours, one of whom banged on our window to call us out of the apartment. Sabrina arrived and claimed that we had been allocated a space 50 yards away that we were unaware of and continued to claim that we had never allocated the original dot, despite the fact that she had personally guided us into it on our arrival. Being reasonable, we moved the car to the alternative space. But Sabrina’s management of this situation left us disappointed as we had an unpleasant dispute on our hands with the neighbours and were basically accused of lying about the parking space in front of a number of people.

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum gelegen, man ist in 10 Minuten im Zentrum oder am Flughafen. Es gibt einen eigenen abgesicherten Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Für uns war es perfekt. Leider waren wir nur für eine Nacht da da wir auf der Durchreise von Süditalien nach Deutschland waren. Wir hätten gerne mehr Zeit dort verbracht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der nette Host. Sabrine war super freundlich und flexibel. Sie hat uns empfangen als wir ankamen und die Wohnung und den Parkplatz gezeigt und wollte uns auch noch Tipps für die Umgebung geben. (Restaurants, usw.) Sabrine hat auserdem einen großen Korb mit typischen Gebäck auf dem Tisch und den Kühlschrank voll mit leckeren Getränken, an denen man sich bedienen durfte. Wirklich toll. Vielen Dank. Wenn wir wieder nach Bologna kommen werden wir mit Sicherheit nochmal kommen.
