A PERFECT PLACE TO STAY NEAR THE AIRPORT

Sabrina is a great host. She welcomed us personally, showed us the parking place and explained everything needed. Not only water, some refreshing drinks, coffee and tea but also some little treats for breakfast were waiting for us , in the cute and well equipped kitchenette . The sofa bed also was very comfortable. The apartment is close to the airport and in a very peaceful and quiet area. Even though for a night we felt like at home. We would definitely come back again.

Quiet neighborhood apartment

This apartment is within the city, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. However, if you wish to walk to the Stadio Renato Dell'ara, that is only 25 minutes by foot. The parking spot is nearby, gated and protected by a fence. The host is wonderful and available for anything that may be needed.

Nice apartment, congenial host but travelling time to and from city centre was a drawback for us.

Apartment full self contained with all required if you wish to eat at home.

Lack of soap and or body wash. Distance from town. At least 40 minutes by the time you walked to bus,waited for bus and then travelling time. This could be longer during peak times.

Beautiful Appartment in Bologne!

Sabrina, the appartment owner, is very friendly.. she showed us the appartment and where we can find everything.. the communication with her was really nice although she only talk italian. The appartment is big and very clean, which meets our travel expectation If we travel back to Bologne, we will defintely choose it again!

Appartamento come da descrizione, completo di tutto il necessario. Parcheggio privato a soli 100 metri. Letto comodo, bagno spazioso.

Tassa di soggiorno esagerata, 5,6 euro a persona a notte, ma questo ovviamente non dipende dall'host. Aggiungerei giusto una nota sulla pagina per specificarlo.

Condizioni della struttura ottime, vista dal balcone molto gradevole, zona silenziosa e tranquilla, staff assolutamente generoso e disponibile, così come tutte le amenità di casa: c'era qualsiasi cosa servisse. Letti comodi e disponibilità di parcheggio privato.

Wspaniały apartament

Podobało nam się wszystko: od wyglądu apartamentu i super wyposażenia, po bardzo dobrą komunikację z gospodynią, która była niezwykle pomocna i troskliwa. Udzieliła nam wszelkich potrzebnych wskazówek, poleciła kilka świetnych restauracji w pobliżu, pokazała, jak do nich dotrzeć oraz podpowiedziała, jak zamówić taksówkę na lotnisko. Apartament jest wyjątkowo wygodny i przestronny, bardzo czysty i gustownie urządzony. Na stole czekały na nas różne smakołyki na śniadanie, w kuchni kawa i herbata, w lodówce napoje, co było bardzo miłe. Sandra była proaktywna w kontakcie z nami, zarówno przed naszym przyjazdem, jak i po wyjeździe. Bardzo sympatyczna, życzliwa i bardzo opiekuńcza! Żałowaliśmy, że nie możemy zostać tu dłużej... Ale chętnie wrócimy tu następnym razem. Bardzo polecamy!

Appartamento super carino e con tutti i comfort. Spazioso e con aria condizionata. Vicina allo stadio raggiungibile a piedi, proprietaria gentilissima, ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Super disponibile per tutte le nostre richieste e ci ha dato consigli anche su dove andare a mangiare, TOP. Super consiglio per chi va a vedere concerti al dall’Ara, super comoda e accogliente

Für Kurzurlaub okay

Wir haben einen Kurzurlaub in Bologna verbracht. Der Kontakt mit Vermieterin war unproblematisch. Bei der Ankunft war die Vermieterin sofort vor Ort, bei Fragen immer erreichbar, eine zuvorkommende, nette Person. Das Appartement liegt außerhalb von Stadtzentrum (ca. 4km), dafür in einer sehr ruhigen Lage in der Nähe von einem Park. Das Flughafen war mit ca. 3km gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle war um die Ecke, ebenfalls ein Supermarket. Die Wohnung war geräumig. Den kleinen Balkon mit einer Sitzgelegenheit nutzten wir täglich zum gemütlichen Abklang des Tages bei einem Glas Wein.

Die Ausstattung war sehr minimalistisch. Es fehlte an Küchenutensilien und die vorhandenen waren abgenutzt. Es gab nur zwei Tassen, kein Wasserkocher, keine Schalen, nur ein brauchbarer Topf.

Ultimo dell’anno a Bologna

L’appartamento si trova in posizione comoda perché fuori dal centro ma facilmente raggiungibile con l’autobus (la fermata si trova poco distante). Inoltre è molto vicino al MAST, che merita sempre una visita! Siamo stati solo una notte e sicuramente l’appartamento è pulito e fornito di tutti i comfort, ma la differenza la fa Sabrina, gentilissima host che ci ha accolto con calore dandoci tutte le informazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno. Comodissimo il parcheggio riservato, in quanto lungo la strada non è così semplice trovarlo.

Dejlig, ren og pæn lejlighed - anbefales.

God rimelig lejlighed til 2. Dejlig stort badeværelse, dejligt med vaskemaskine. Terrasse, hvor man kunne sidde og nyde en kop kaffe (god kaffemaskine til kapsler, som var i lejligheden). Dejlig stort soveværelse med masser af skabsplads. Nem adgang til bus nr. 23, som kører til centrum - gå ca. 5 min. Tager ca. 15-20 min. at nå byen med bussen. Lejligheden ligger i et stille og roligt område. Kommer du i bil, er det nemt at parkere på gaden og ellers er der tilknyttet en parkeringsplads til lejligheden, som er ca. 100 m. fra lejligheden. Sabrina sød og rar, og meget nem at kommunikere med (sker via Whatsapp). Vil helt klart anbefale denne lejlighed. Tak for din gæstfrihed, Sabrina.
