Everything was perfect. The Apartment has everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Reserved parking spot, little yard with a table to have your coffee in morning and so on. Host was very nice and helpful. Very clean.

We really enjoy our stay at the apartment. It was clean and fully furnished. Apartman is eco-friendly. Centrum is around 10-15 mins by bus. The necessary places (like shops, restaurants etc.) are nearby. What we really appreciated was the host. He was nice and helpful. He told us everything about the city and send us some tips for a visit to Bologna, which we tried and really liked. We recommend this apartment.

I really recommend to stay at Bologna Holiday Home! The apartment is well equipped - you can find a coffee machine, washing machine, hair dryer, iron etc. Our kids love sleeping and playing on the mezzanine. The apartment was quiet and really clean and neat. You can easily reach the center of Bologna - it takes only 4 minutes to reach the bus stop (buses leave really frequently and run till 12PM). In the nearby you can find very good, really Italian restaurant (Antica Trattoria del Pontelungo), some shops and bakery. Giuseppe and Rosella are very helpful - they even wanted to transfer us from the airport! We we given all important information about Bologna, buses, restaurants etc., there was as nice treat waiting for us in the fridge.

A charming and spacious apartment decorated with taste and attention to detail. Very well equipped kitchen and bathroom, very large bed (I'm a big guy so I know what I'm talking about :) High attention to cleanliness. Superb private parking space with a remote-controlled gate. Best value for money = the best holiday apartment in Bologna. Fantastic and helpful hosts - thank you!

Giuseppe und Rosella sind die perfekten Gastgeber! Sehr herzlich und so viele gute Tipps! Er hat uns sehr nett persönlich begrüßt und war immer erreichbar. Es ist ein schönes Haus in einem tollen Viertel. Alles schön ruhig, sauber und sicher. Wir sind zu Fuß in die Stadt gelaufen oder mit unseren Fahrrädern gefahren. In der Nähe der Unterkunft war das beste Restaurant unserer Italienreise! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sinceramente tutto Bell’appartamento soppalcato, con giardino e posto auto (a Bologna una rarità) molto pulito ed accogliente. Aveva tutto quello di cui si può aver bisogno , oltre ad essere situato in una posizione comoda. Gestori simpatici e gentili…hanno cura e passione per quello che fanno. Lo consiglio a tutti e ci tornerò io nel caso ne avessi ancora bisogno.

Sehr gut gelegene Wohnung in Bologna mit einem privaten Parkplatz, nah zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und zur Bushaltestelle. Ruhige Lage, man ist in 25 Min in der Stadtmitte. Ein kleiner Garten. Wunderbare Kommunikation mit einem sehr hilfreichen Vermieter. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Il benvenuto è stato caloroso e fondamentale dato che Giuseppe e Rosella ci hanno fornito indicazioni utilissime per organizzare le nostre giornate senza disagio nella bella Bologna! L' appartamento è essenziale ..curato nei dettagli e nella pulizia in posizione strategica per raggiungere velocemente il centro! Nn poco importante il posto auto riservato per chi viaggia in macchina!!! Se ci fosse una valutazione più alta del 10 la meriterebbero senz'altro e credetemi nn sarebbe cmq abbastanza!!!

Klein aber feiner Traum

Das kleine Häuschen hatte alle was man in einem Urlaub braucht, ein schönes Bett, gute Möbel und durch die Abtrennung des kleinen extra Stockwerke hatte man auch was Abstand damit man nicht immer aufeinander hing.

Im Grunde nichts, nur dass wir nicht länger geblieben sind.
