All right for short stays, could be much better easily

It’s in a relatively nice place not too far from city center

Not the cleanest place I’ve ever been. Also it was cold. Even after asking the owner, did not change much. It’s also a bit uncomfortable when you see 21.0 grades on the thermostat, but it’s not even 19.0 grades inside…

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. If we ever come back to Bologna we would love to stay again.

The apartment was a great size and very clean and comfortable. The location was good for easy transport or walking (45 mins) into town.

Da perfezionare utensili cucina per chi vive molto la casa con una famiglia (stoviglie, pasticche per lavastoviglie, macchina caffè ecc) Nulla di grave, ma sicuramente questi accorgimenti potrebbero far acquisire ancor più valore al soggiorno

-Appartamento veramente ottimo tutto al nuovo situato in una zona silenziosa e allo stesso tempo ben collegata e vicino al centro, facilità di parcheggio nei pressi dell’appartamento. C’è piaciuto molto il giardino davvero ampio e letti molto comodi.

Esperienza impeccabile! Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. La struttura era pulitissima, curata in ogni dettaglio, e si percepiva una grande attenzione all’igiene. Il collegamento con il centro città era comodo e veloce, il che ha reso gli spostamenti molto semplici Il giardino era ben tenuto, perfetto per rilassarsi. Un ringraziamento speciale alla professionalità e disponibilità del proprietario, sempre gentile e attento alle mie esigenze Consigliatissimo
