All ok except for the temperature
The apartment had all that we need for a morning breakfast at home. Nice good quality towels and toiletries.
The termostat was on 19 degrees (end of October) during our 1st night and we barely slept. On our 2nd day we have found the termostat hidden under a frame and turned it on 23 at night and 21 during the day (when we were out in the town) and we informed host that we did it since we had a 5 years old child shivering and refusing tot take a bath because she was cold. But when we returned home we found it blocked on 20 degrees and 2 more nights we had to sleep in cold. Floor was not clean, our white socks turned black (no slippers offered).

Vsetko bolo vyborne, uplne jasne od prveho momentu. S hostitelkou bola vyborna komunikacia, aj pocas pobytu sme sa jej mohli ozvat, ked sme cokolvek potrebovali.
Nic. Byt sice nie je obrovsky, ale vsetko je tak vyborne zariadene, ze uplne staci.

Hem estat molt bé hi hab coses que es podrian millora
El menjador junt amb la habitació molt bé llit i coxins molt còmodes, els llançol i les toballoles un 10 súper netes. Tens transport públic tirant a munt del carrer a 5 mint. El Bus que et poden portà al centre son 23-86 i el 87 que et deixa mes lluny
Es molt difícil entra a la dutxa el espai es molt just. Es el primer pis no hi ha ascensor i hi ha un esgalo que seria convenient posar una cinta groga ja que quan entres ancara que hi ha llum no es veu.

Appartamento con tutto l’occorrente ben segnalato, pulizia impeccabile e tanta tanta disponibilità (grazie!!) Segnalo solo, forse mi era sfuggito ma per noi è andata comunque bene così, che la camera non è separata ma è un locale unico. Ingresso automatizzato molto comodo.

Ottimo, molto consigliato
L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort, cucina con stoviglie e bollitore, bagno con doccia, asciugacapelli, prodotti da bagno (minimi ma comunque presenti), lavatrice. Il letto e i cuscini sono molto comodi, ci hanno permesso di dormire tranquillamente. Nell'appartamento è presente anche una smart tv e collegamento ad internet veloce! L'intero appartamento è ben curato e soprattutto pulito e profumato! La proprietaria, Michela, è stata super gentile e disponibile, soprattutto nella fase di check in. Nei pressi dell'appartamento ci sono molti servizi utili tipo bar, pizzeria, supermercato ecc.. è possibile anche fare delle passeggiate lungo fiume e nei vari spazi verdi tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo anche nelle ore serali/notturne. A pochi passi dall'appartamento c'è la fermata dell'autobus con cui in 20 minuti circa si raggiunge tranquillamente il centro di Bologna. I parcheggi sono tutti gratuiti, si trova facilmente nelle ore diurne un pò meno nelle ore serali, ma comunque nelle traverse limitrofe all'appartamento si trova sempre qualcosa! Nel complesso è stato un soggiorno piacevole, sicuramente se dovessimo tornare in zona ripasseremo da CASA MIA APARTMENT.

Apparente parcheggio difficoltoso, trovato poi nella stradina limitrofa. Andrebbe segnalato subito in fase di conferma prenotazione dove poter parcheggiare.
