Good for 2 adults and a child

The location of the apartment in a quiet area, located 10 - 15 minutes by bus from the airport. Bus stop 5 minutes from the location. Courtyard with terrace. The apartment is well equipped. The owner provided us information about the city, restaurants and tourist attractions. We needed an iron and the owner helped us with it very kindly.

The smell of damp in the room, the cleanliness and the need for a shelf in the shower.

It was clean and tidy with useful facilities including a terrace/patio to sit out and enjoy some beautiful weather! The host was incredible, warm and welcoming!! Highly recommend this as a place to stay for a very reasonable price!

It is a little far out of the city which we knew when booking and was great for us but if you want to be in the heart of the city then it is an hour or so on foot or 5-10 minute in a taxi.

One thing was weird that we had to pay for the electricity how much we used, first time we’ve heard about this, also about late check out it was the same, okay maybe the owners were living far away from this apartment, but first thing was surprise :(

Stay in Bologna convinced me to stay :)

The location is excellent, you can reach the center and the railway station pretty fast with a bus. For the location, it is not noisy at night and even the view of the street is not so bad. The host was very professional and answered all the questions and also guided what to visit and where to eat. The room was larger, had all the appliances needed and AC which is a plus. Everything was fantastic and if we travel again in Bologna, we would definitely try to book it again. This was a very pleasant experience.

The only negative aspect is that the cleaning can be improved.

Definitely recommended

Great, helpful host, clean apartment. Big bathroom, comfortable bed. Not very big, but nicely furnished, so even with a few people the space doesn't feel crowded.Terrace, good for a warm weather. Kitchen pretty well equipped. Bus stop very close, so connection with city center is good.

No sharp knife in the kitchen. In colder weather weak heating could be a bit annoying.

Домакинът беше много отзивчив, в удобно за мен време пристигна пред стаята и ми предаде ключовете като ми обясни подробно всички удобства на апартамента, разведе ме из него и ми остави всичко необходимо за престоя ми. Съдейства ни при всеки малък проблем с готовност, изпрати ни подробна информация за местните забележителности, транспорт, препоръки за ресторанти. Препоръчвам!

Eine tolle Wohnung in toller Lage, die etwas besser gepflegt gehört

Größe war toll, abgeschlossener Vorplatz, wo man gemütlich draußen sitzen konnte, sehr gute Busanbindung in 10 bis 15 Minuten zur Innenstadt, sehr ruhige Lage, große und geräumige Wohnung

El dueño David es un gran anfitrión , tuvo la amabilidad de venir a buscarnos por medio de la lluvia a una rotonda a 2 km de su apartamento. A lo que le estoy agradecido. Entramos a la casa y notamos un olor feo. Notamos que era la alfombra del baño estaba húmeda. La sacamos al sol y mejoro mucho el departamento. En la cocina hay un desodorante eléctrico que al desenchufarlo mejoro aún más el olor del ambiente. Por las mías deje un ventanal grande, hermoso, (el departamento es silencioso gracias a esos ventanales, muy buenos) Consecuencia entraron insectos, David ,me aconsejas mantener la ventana cerrada. Mi consejo es poder abrir esa gran ventana, que entre el hermoso aire de Bologna. El departamento no está sucio, no hacen falta perfumes que pueden gustar o no. El baño es amplio.

No puedo decir algo que no me gustó. Se nota que David intenta mejorar. Muchas veces menos es más. Me ofreciste un lavarropas que no anda. Cuando te reserve este fue un punto a favor para elegirte y no lo pude usar La rejilla de la ducha llena de pelo con riesgo de revisar el duchador. Se limpia muy fácil. Debería ser tu rutina antes de entregarlas llaves. El colchón y las almohadas podrían mejorar mucho tu casa. El extractor del baño muy ruidoso. No me pareció justo la modificación del precio por carga impositiva. Reserve y pagué con mucha anticipación para tener diferencias grande de último momento. Te deseo lo mejor.y espero que sea bien interpretada mi crítica.

Pulizia da rivedere muffa su pareti,doccia, capelli sul letto pavimento non pulito bene Divano letto scomodissimo e per di più non attrezzato anche se incluso nella camera.
