Loft super comfort

L’appartamento offre tutto il necessario per un soggiorno a Bologna, situato in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla. Casa molto accogliente, luminosa e ben curata. Il letto sul soppalco è una chicca dell’appartamento. In pochi minuti è possibile raggiungere la fermata dell’autobus per raggiungere il centro di Bologna. Proprietaria estremamente gentile e disponibile, pronta a rispondere ad ogni necessità.

Очень необычная квартира в приятном месте

Очень необычная двухэтажная квартира, уникальный опыт. Район тихий, аккуратный, и дом расположен в 3 минутах ходьбы от автобусной остановки (до центра ехать примерно 15-20 минут). Было очень чисто, все для готовки также было на месте - чайник, сковородки, кастрюли. Красивая и светлая квартира, нам было приятно провести в ней две ночи

Было сложно заплатить туристический налог, хозяйка просила это сделать много раз, причем за несколько месяцев до заселения! В итоге пришлось заплатить его онлайн за неделю до въезда в квартиру (прийти и забрать деньги лично хозяйка отказалась). К сожалению сделать банковский перевод в Европу было очень непросто, и это оставило неприятное впечатление. При этом прислать фото паспортов меня попросили только за несколько часов до заезда, когда я была в дороге и без интернета. Позже я увидела сообщение, что без фотографий мне не пришлют «инструкцию для заселения». Я понимаю, что хозяйке квартиры нужны наши документы, но можно было попросить их сразу при получении налога, а не ждать последней минуты, чтобы приехав в город, я увидела, что не могу заселиться в жилье. Также постель для третьего человека не была подготовлена; к счастью нам хотя бы оставили постельное белье для дивана, и наверху мы нашли к нему матрас. При этом из-за того, что квартира двухэтажная, спальня находится под крышей, где летом очень душно! Спать там просто невозможно, только при включенном кондее. Мы спали на первом этаже на диванах, у открытого балкона

Anfitriã estava no local no momento combinado e foi muito receptiva.

Acredito que a limpeza poderia estar melhor, muito pó. Sentimos falta também de um microondas e uma cafeteira de cápsulas, que facilita e muito.

Splendida vacanza

La signora Lucia è stata gentilissima e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza. Lungo la via dove è situato l'appartamento è possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente l'auto. Nelle immediate vicinanze c'è la fermata dell'autobus con cui è possibile girare comodamente tutta la città.

Apartamento simpático, num bairro sossegado, perto de supermercado e outros serviços, cerca de 15/20 minutos do aeroporto, perto de transportes que levam até ao centro histórico de Bolonha. Correspondeu às expectativas para a nossa família de 3 pessoas.
