While the apartment can be considered good there is probably better value for money.

The apartment was well arranged, clean and nicely renovated.

a) The soundproofing is limited and you can hear what the neighbors are watching on tv etc. b) The apartment seems to be a remodeled commercial space. While the remodeling itself is nicely done the fact that it is on the ground floor means that all the windows must remain shot and the curtains closed, this is turn makes for a dark stay with almost no fresh air c) The location is quite far from the centre and mornings/evenings experience significant congestion on the route that the buses take.

It is a great option which satisfies the necessities on a correct price per night.

The apartment is well located near to the bus station with multiple possibilities to arrive to the center or train central station. The apartment facilities are good, big space with well equipped kitchen. Overall it was quite in the night.

On this occasion the front door was obscured by building works making it hard to locate. A little better information for arriving would have been welcomed. Sure this will not be a problem when the building works are completed. If going sonn after this review see the picture - door is behind the orange netting.

Świetny apartament do zwiedzania Bolonii

Odnowione mieszkanie idealne dla rodziny z dziećmi. Niedaleko centrum w spokojnej dzielnicy. Dogodne połączenie autobusowe do centrum i lotniska. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z właścicielem mieszkania.

Appartement grand, très propre, bien agencé. Parking facile. Quartier très calme.

Le fait qu'il soit au rdc avec porte d'entrée vitrée. Obscurable mais...

Tranquillo soggiorno

Appartamento comodo e pulito in zona residenziale tranquilla. Lo spazio è ampio e la cucina fornita. Bagno comodo. E' stato facile trovare parcheggio vicino. Vicino c'era un parco, un'area cani molto bella e un bar carino dove fare colazione.

La posizione non è comodissima per il centro se non si possiede una macchina. Essendo l'appartamento al piano terra la sera si sono sentiti un po' di schiamazzi nella strada. Nell'appartamento il letto si trova su un soppalco e le scale hanno una richiera aperta, che potrebbe risultare pericolosa per chi ha limiti motori, bambini o animali

Tutto perfetto. Meglio che in foto!

Mi è piaciuto tutto. All' apertura della porta d'ingresso c'è stato un WOW generale. Casa super pulita (come nuova) super funzionale in ogni parte, dai letti, alla cucina al bagno dove tutto splendeva. Meglio di un hotel 4s Sicuramente ci torneremo e lo consigliamo per chi deve andare alla fondazione Golinelli, o all' ospedale. Il centro di Bologna è a 7/8 minuti in bus (il n°86 o il 23) oppure 50 minuti a piedi. Appartamento Perfetto!!!
