These apartments are huge and super conveniently located in the city. Seriously, you’ve got everything you could possibly need here, no matter what you’re planning to do. The design is really cool and stylish—definitely not your average cookie-cutter place. You can tell a lot of thought went into the interior, and it feels pretty unique. The beds are super comfy, which honestly makes all the difference after a long day out. It’s also really easy to get here from the airport, which was a big plus for me. The kitchen is fully equipped, so whether you’re just staying for a weekend or planning a longer visit, you’ll be all set to cook whatever you want. The rooms are spacious, so you never feel cramped, and there’s this cozy little balcony where you can just chill and enjoy the fresh air. The views from the windows are gorgeous—definitely a nice bonus to wake up to. Oh, and the bathroom is huge, which I always appreciate. All in all, I totally recommend this place. It really feels like a home away from home!

Great place

We stayed just for one night — arrived late in the evening and left early in the morning, but even in that short time, the apartment made a great impression. It’s spacious, bright, clean, and beautifully decorated — it really felt like home. We especially appreciated that the host left some food for breakfast, which was a lovely touch after a long journey. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. The location is very convenient — easy to reach both from the airport and the train station. Check-in was smooth and contactless, everything was clear and hassle-free. The host was always available and responsive, which made the whole stay even more comfortable. Only positive impressions — thank you!

The window in the bathroom, having a very thin glass can pose some danger while having a shower.

Spacious clean comfortable apartment with a good communicative host. Clear instructions with a parking space.

Not the host’s fault and it is clearly in the description but it is a bit far from the centre. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Correcta para solo una noche que estuvimos

Lejos del centro pero cerca del aeropuerto, no me gusto el funcionamiento de la caldera cuando estaba encendida cada poco hacia un ruido horrible, era necesario apagarla durante la noche. El agua d ela ducha no salia muy caliente.

Gentilezza e disponibilità host e posizione ottimi

Purtroppo l' arredamento ma soprattutto la caldaia sono vetusti. La caldaia fa molto rumore per cui di notte l'abbiamo spenta. La casa è rimasta comunque calda, ma la doccia non ha funzionato bene perché riaccesa la caldaia la stessa dava priorità ai termosifoni. Per cui, consiglio, la doccia fatela la sera quando la caldaia è andata tutto il giorno e non alla mattina.

Bologna per Coppa Davis

Il silenzio del condominio e la strada interna quindi poco traffico. L'appartamento è ampio per due, ben pulito e lenzuola stirate.

Purtroppo a Bologna fa freddo(sotto zero di notte nel fine settimana)avere una caldaia così rumorosa che disturba anche i condomini, non solo noi, fa si che la spegni (davvero rumorosa), ma patisci il freddo. Quindi questo è un reale problema I mobili sono vecchiotti il bagno da rinnovare.

房间大，跟图片上一样，有很好用的厨房，沙发和大电视，公寓可以停车，这对于自驾很方便，走路5、6分钟就有公交可以到达老城中心

燃气热水器洗澡、总是在不停的启动和暂停，导致水有时冷有时热，无法很好的洗澡

Eravamo li per un concerto allo stadio Dall’Ara e la struttura è comodissima, in quanto abbiamo potuto raggiungerlo a piedi. È dotato di parcheggio interno oltretutto. Comodissima la macchinetta del caffè.

Dobre połączenie autobusowe z centrum miasta. Fajne wyposażenie mieszkania. Czysto i ciepło. W mieszkaniu były od dyspozycji słodkie przekąski, dzięki czemu rano nie wyszliśmy głodni :) cisza i spokój! niedaleko knajpy i sklepy. Polecam :)
