the apartment was very comfortable. there was enough space for 4 people. on site coffee machine, water and all necessary things during the stay. the location of the apartment is a big plus. nearby shops, restaurants and also bus stops. contact with the owner very good. I recommend

Fantastic

We had a great stay. Self check-in was very easy. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Everything has really been thought of. There is hardly any parking in the street as everything fills up quickly, but one street further there is plenty of space. There is an Aldi a two minute walk away. Bus stop is also a two minute walk and within 15-20 minutes you are in the center. All in all, highly recommended. Communication with the host is excellent.

Don’t be scared by very few reviews. The apartment is completely new, very well equipped and comfortable. There is a fast WiFi, big Samsung TV with Netflix, hair dryer and everything that you need for your stay including washing machine.

Only the location as it is a bit far away from the city center, however there are buses that go even during the night.

Appartamento carino con letto matrimoniale e cabina armadio al piano superiore. Buona la pulizia e fornito di tutti i servizi descritti. Vicino alla fermata del bus. Consigliato.

Il materasso era molto scomodo e anche io divano letto.la porta della doccia era rotta.I piatti non erano lavati bene.il microonde era sporco.non c’era neanche una bottiglietta d’acqua.appena entrata ho anche mandato le foto al numero dato in caso di bisogno ma nessuno a risposto.

Esperienza deludente

Purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata molto deludente. Al nostro arrivo, l’appartamento si presentava sporco: capelli e polvere ovunque, impronte visibili sul pavimento, un insetto di grosse dimensioni morto sotto il termosifone e utensili da cucina sporchi. Nei cassetti del bagno c’erano peli sparsi, una situazione davvero poco igienica. I filtri del condizionatore erano in condizioni pessime: talmente pieni di polvere da risultare quasi completamente ostruiti. Ho provato a contattare il proprietario per segnalare il tutto, chiedendo di poter inviare anche delle foto per documentare la situazione, ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Assolutamente sconsigliato.

Molte potenzialità , ma da rivedere molte cose tra cui la pulizia .

La struttura aveva tutto quello che serviva , era ben collegata con il centro tramite la fermata degli aerobus a pochi metri e la zona era molto silenziosa .

La pulizia non era il massimo, peli ovunque perfino nel congelatore , la lavatrice non era funzionante e in caso di necessità l’host non era raggiungibile né telefonicamente né tramite whatsapp.

Appartamento carino ma PESSIMA ESPERIENZA

Appartamento carino, appena ristrutturato e dotato di tutti i confort. Buona posizione e parcheggio gratuito all'esterno su strada.

Purtroppo l'acqua dei servizi era completamente gelida a casa di un guasto (almeno mi è stato riferito). Fatta la comunicazione all'Host, numerosi solleciti e doccia gelata alla fine del soggiorno l'host ha comunicato che non poteva risolvere a causa di un guasto condominiale, offrendo un rimborso parziale. Peccato che nei giorni successivi è scomparso e ho dovuto aprire un caso a booking per averlo. Vergognosi!! L'appartamento è su strada e alle 6 del mattino senti come a letto i camion della spazzatura che fanno il ritiro. CHi ha sonno leggero scelga altro

Bellissimo l'appartamento, forse siamo stati sfortunati noi, ma l'acqua ha smesso di andare a metà della serata e dopo mezzanotte il codice per accedere non funzionava più e abbiamo dovuto chiamare, insomma, impossibile dire che è stato un buon soggiorno, ma spero sia stato un caso isolato e sfortunato

Decepción

El apartamento es muy bonito pero para 2 personas. Cuenta con todo lo que se necesita pero para dos personas.

El sillón cama ( para dos adultos) es incómodo. Hace muchísimo ruido y no se estabiliza bien. Tienes que sentarte en la parte delantera o te caes. Cada vez que te mueves durmiendo es un escándalo. Tuvimos más problemas. Al llegar el sillón cama no estaba cambiado de sábanas. Estaba usado de los anteriores huéspedes. Tuvimos que llamar e insistir continuamente para que nos lo cambiaran. Hasta las 6 no vinieron.
