The apartment itself is really clean & huge. There is a lot of space & a great kitchen/bathroom. It’s located a little out of the city centre & is about a 30 minute walk to the centre or you can catch a bus from a 5 minute walk away.
What wasn’t so great is that the air conditioning wasn’t working during our stay. Bearing in mind that temperatures reached 37 degrees whilst we were there, this made the apartment unbearable hot at times, & very difficult to sleep. We had to go to bed with cold wet towels on us. We mentioned to the managers that the air conditioning wasn’t working & their response was ‘yes it’s not working, we are sorry’. So they already knew it wasn’t working & made no effort to get it fixed before our arrival or inform us that it was not working. There was no fan provided either as an alternative.
They did send us a message saying that a technician would come to the apartment (on our last day) to fix the air conditioner, this wouldn’t have happened if we hadn’t mentioned it? Because we are photographers & travel with a lot of expensive gear, we didn’t feel comfortable with a stranger entering the apartment whilst we weren’t there, with all of our stuff out. Moreover, this issue should have been resolved before our arrival.
Another issue was that the bed was broken. Every time we went to go lie down the bed slats would move & you’d fall through the bed. Meaning we had to minimise movement. It literally takes a couple of screws to fix this, pure laziness from the people that manage this place.
On our departure day we had agreed that we would be checking out at 11am when the cleaners came. At 10am a technician knocked on our door wanting to fix the air conditioner, we weren’t dressed or ready to leave so we told them to come back later. The technician ended up hanging around outside our door which made us feel rushed & a little uncomfortable. There was clearly no communication from the managers with this technician.
Overall, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again. The managers were pretty unprofessional, lazy & the apartment wasn’t anything special.

Nice apartment well connected with the city centre
The place is well connected with the centre and airport, there's everything you need around (shops, pizzeria, gelateria, etc.) and the apartment is well equipped. The contact with the place was good.
The big bed was breaking on one side (the desks were falling out)

bel monolocale, ottimo come appoggio per visitare la città
appartamento ampio, comodo e confortevole. molto vicino alle strade principali e alle fermate dei bus per il centro e l'aeroporto. compelto di cucina e c'è pure la lavatrice. istruzioni chiare e selff check in semplice. personale non presente, ma sempre disponibile via chat o telefono. libreria ben fornita di romanzi per chi preferisce i libri alla tv.
purtroppo l'appartamento è poco luminoso in quanto a piano terra. anche l'illuminazione interna è molto fievole, tranne per le potentissime lampade vicino al letto.
la vicinanza alla strada si fa sentire, soprattutto per i lavori del cantiere stradale che cominciano verso le 7.
parcheggio a pagamento. i mobili non sono di gran qualità e mostrano i segni dell'utilizzo. doccia un po' malandata ma si sono offerti di ripararla subito.

Das Zimmer bzw. das Studio war in der Hinsicht gut, dass es eine Küche inkl. etwas Geschirr gibt und die Grundfläche recht groß ist. Das Zimmer liegt im Erdgeschoss. Es ist sehr gut zugänglich. Aber nicht sehr hell. Das Personal ist nett. Das Guest Portal in dem die Daten hinterlegt werden sollen, ist etwas umständlich.

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko przystanku (6min pieszo) do Centro Storico i przystanku na autobus 944 na/z lotniska. Natomiast od starego miasta na piechotę 40min, autobusem około 15-20min. W okolicy Lidl i kilka restauracji, pizzerii. Czysto, schludnie, wygodnie. Apartament duży i dobrze wyposażony. Zgodnie z ofertą bookingu i zdjęciami. Check-in i check out bez obsługi (skrzynka z kluczami na kod), instrukcja czytelna i trafiliśmy bez problemu. Okolica spokojna i bezpieczna, w nocy cisza. Polecam
Nie działał TV lub pilot oraz czajnik elektryczny, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało. Zgłosiliśmy ostatniego dnia do obsługi, na pewno się tym zajęli :)
