Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed at check-in, setting a lovely tone for our stay. The manager was extremely kind and helpful throughout, always going the extra mile to ensure I felt comfortable and taken care of. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. While the location may not be the ideal, the genuine warmth and hospitality of the team more than made up for it. It’s rare to find service this thoughtful and sincere — truly a standout experience. Warmly recommended!

I'm really happy, and I would stay on the Le Tuie again

I left very early, so I did not try the breakfast. Staff7owner was very helpful. He took the time to come to my room to let me know the interior light on my rental car was on. Thank you very much. Nice and cosy rooms and as an ex motorcycle racer I really enjoyed the Ducati in the reception as well as the posters of Ducati Race bikes. As there is no evening restaurant at the Le Tuie, I was happy to learn that they had recommendations for several restaurants.

I found nothing I did not like. Would have been nice if I knew that dinner was not available, but plenty of opportunities nearby. Maybe it was right in front of me during my reservation, but I was in a hurry..... Not really that important..

it’s clean and not far from the ducati factory

i asked for a late checkout and they accepted when i came back at 1:00 pm to checkout they billed me extra fees 40 euros

Amazing hosts, SUPER clean and nice room. Nice location outside bologna in 15 mins by car you are there. I would fully recommend it to everyone. Congratulations to the owners.

Exceptional

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Le Tuei, our hosts made us feel right at home; our room was spacious, and so was our bathroom, and all impeccable clean. I liked the special touch of ironed cotton hand towels in the bathroom. The breakfast provided a variety of choices, from fruits, yougurt, juices, cereals, bread, poached eggs. We are not breakfast eaters so Giorgio prepared us cappuccinos and that was wonderful to enjoy with his wife’s homemade cake and fresh cherries form their property. It was distant from Bologna, but so conveniently close to the airport! We rented a car and drove to Modena. It is a very peaceful setting, and it would be a great place to visit with family and rent the whole house!

We were so close to the airport but had a nice country feel.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They recommended an excellent trattoria for dinner and were so very nice. The location was also fantastic so we were at the airport for our flight home in less than 10 minutes even with morning traffic.

Great place near Bologna airport

This place is simply amazing. It's located near the airport and easily reachable by car. Owner is one of the most kindest persons I have ever met and was really helpfull. I can definitely recommend staying in this place.

The man at the front desk was so nice! He gave us a ride to the train station and he took us to the airport the next morning. He was amazing and so sweet 🥲
