Panoramic and bright apartment 2 km from the airport, 5 km from the railway station and the historic center. Very convenient to public transport, supermarket and various services.
Adjacent green area of the river Reno, very quiet condominium of 4 floors without elevator, apartment located on the third floor.
I offer a room with a double bed for the exclusive use of guests, only the wardrobe is partially shared with the owner who lives in the apartment and sleeps on the veranda, maximum discretion on my part.
I can accommodate up to 2 comfortable people.
There is a 35 sqm terrace which can also be used as a discreet solarium, I provide deckchairs.
All the spaces of the apartment and the terrace are available. All appliances are available, the main ones are fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hairdryer.
Breakfast included, I will ask the guest what he prefers and I will find it, but I don't cook.
It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment, only outside on the terrace.
Big and small towel, soap and shampoo are included.
