Ok in a pinch, but probably overpriced.

Secure location on ground floor with key code access and street parking nearby.

The check-in process was frustrating as it's a contact-less check in and I did not get an email with the link to facilitate the process. Had to contact the host via WhatsApp and send pictures of our passports. Emailing them through booking.com didn't work for the host, and I couldn't text them due to cellular plan limitation. The bathroom wasn't cleaned very well and smell was present, noticeable upon entry into the apartment. The bed is on the top floor of the loft, while the AC is located towards the middle, cooling the downstairs and not fully reaching the upstairs. During hotter weather this might be an issue. The apartment was farther from the city center than anticipated, and took quite a while to get to during rush hour traffic. Parking was mentioned in the ad, but it's street parking. Turned out ok.

Ottimo appartamento, spazioso e perfetto anche per 4 persone.

Pulizia al top. Macchinetta del caffè e acqua come kit benvenuto. Appartamento con arredamento nuovo e moderno. Facile da raggiungere con i mezzi, situato in quartiere residenziale al piano terra.

Appartemento molto bello

La struttura era molto bella,ben arredata e funzionale. Non abbiamo sentito rumori di notte,pur essendo vicino alla strada. Un consiglio per migliorare ulteriormente: fornire una coperta aggiuntiva( forse noi non siamo stati in grado di trovarla..).

Putroppo il parcheggio dell’auto é stato molto complicato..soprattutto la sera,abbiamo dovuto fare tanti giri per riuscire finalmente a parcheggiare a 10 min a piedi di distanza.

Tutto perfetto!

L’appartamento è perfettamente arredato e la pulizia davvero impeccabile. Ilaria si è premurata al nostro arrivo di farci trovare il parcheggio proprio davanti. Abbiamo scelto la struttura per la sua vicinanza all’Unipol Arena e ci siamo trovate benissimo, lo consiglio vivamente.
