A perfect stay — spotless, fully equipped, pet-friendly, and ideally located for both the Unipol arena concerts and expl

We traveled a lot this year through Italy for both business and fun — always with our dog — and this was by far the most well-equipped apartment we stayed in. Everything you might need is already there, the space is extremely clean, truly pet-friendly, and you can feel the attention to detail everywhere. We also appreciated the very clear instructions for using the apartment and all the facilities — it made everything super easy. The area is cool, quiet, and pleasant, with great local vibes. We came to Bologna for the Radiohead concert and the location was perfect: close to Unipol Arena, yet very well connected by bus to the city center. Thank you very much for hosting us — we would happily return!

Wonderful place in Bologne

Good connection with the owner who helped us with all the information we needed. The apartment is clean, well equipped, near the centre of the city. There are bus stops, two big stores, restaurants, bars. We had sweets, coffee, bottle of wine and bottle of wine from the owner. We felt at home.

We liked everything. The only thing I want to mention is the size of the shower cabin - for us it wasn't a problem but for a bigger person it will be.

We had a great stay! The location was very convenient, with bus stops, supermarkets, restaurants, and even a children's playground all nearby. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find some thoughtful treats waiting for us—beer, chocolate, coffee, water, and more. The shutters were a great touch, helping to keep the room dark and perfect for resting. Although some people mention the location next to the hospital, we didn’t hear any noise at all. I’d happily come back anytime!

Highly recommended choice if you stay in Bologna

Very well equipped, clean and comfortable apartment. Location in a quiet, safe area. Very good connection to the airport (bus, taxi) as well as to the center and the train station (several buses, taxi). Contact with the owner very good from the moment of booking during the stay. Accurate description and easy access to the apartment, helpful tips, map of the nearest area. Welcome package - a very nice and tasty surprise :). Equipped exactly as described - kitchenette, microwave, kitchenware. set of cosmetics and toiletries, towels. 2 grocery stores 3-5 minutes away, bus stops 5-10 minutes. Highly recommend for sure we will choose again if we are in Bologna.

Great experience overall. The apartment is thoughtfully outfitted with everything you need. The apartment was very clean and everything was working including super fast internet connection via WLAN. The apartment is a bit far outside of the center of Bologna but there are good bus connections. I would go here again.

Highly recommend.

This place is perfect for 3-4 people. It is close to the airport, train station and city center, placed perfectly in the middle so it's easy to commute with public transport. There are couple bus stations very close to the apartment so it's super easy to get anywhere you want. The apartment was clean, quiet and contact with host was super nice.

Good

Very nice host. Clean room. Host thought of all the small things would need (adaptors, tea, coffee, bathroom essentials etc). Out of city centre but price fairly reflected this, and very easy to get bus/walk/taxi into the centre.

Mattress very thin and not very comfortable which is probably the only thing that would stop me staying again. Manageable for 1 night, but wouldn't be able to stay much longer than that

We had a pleasant stay.

Our host, Daniele, was very gracious and always reachable. The apartment was well-furnished & cozy. Daniele was quite thoughtful of the guests' big and small needs. For eg. putting universal travel adapter on both sides of the bed so multiple devices could be charged/used simultaneously. Full marks for cleanliness, location, accessibility to super market, and proximity to the bus stop. Thanks Daniele, we had a wonderful time at your place.

It is a beautiful, cozy apartment from where the city center is easily accessible. Loved it!

It was a beautiful, modern apartment with amazing equipments, I had one of the most pleasant stays there. Daniele is very helpful and it was really easy to get the key and to check-out as well. Thank you, I will sure come back next time I’m in Bologna!

Spokoj, czystosc apartamentu oraz bardzo dobra komunikacja z gospodarzem. Polecam dodatkowo bardzo blisko sklep EuroSpin, parking publiczny dostępny bez problemu. Lozka bardzo wygodne.

Dobrym udogodnieniem byłaby zwykła deska do krojenia oraz szmatka do ścierania, wyposażenie apartamentu bardzo dobre!!!!

Apartament wspaniały. Czysty, pachnący. Właściciel zadbał o każdy szczegół. Czekałam na nas Kawka i coś słodkiego na powitanie. Sklep Esselunga w poblizu. Barfzo dobre polaczenie z lotniskiem, centrum miasta oraz stacja. Polecam z całego serca.
