Great location and comfortable apartment.

The wonderful host kindly greeted us with keys and let us in. There was confusion about the precise location so he found me on the street and waved me in. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and couldn’t be closer to the airport (less than 5 min). Perfect for an early flight.

Vriendelijke ontvangst. De eigenaar kwam ons al tegemoet lopen toen we aankwamen. Ruim appartement, dichtbij de bushalte om naar het centrum van Bologna te gaan. Afstand van de luchthaven is in 20 minuten te lopen.

Un gran apartamento en una gran ciudad.

El apartamento es estupendo, tal cual aparece en las fotografías. Muy amplio, cómodo y accesible. Tiene todo lo necesario, hasta secador de pelo y cafetera de cápsulas. Además, te deja información muy variada de la zona. Está en un segundo piso, pero tiene ascensor; sin problema por las maletas pesadas. La camas, muy cómodas y grandes armarios para colgar la ropa. No esperaba esta ola de calor, pensaba que al estar al norte, refrescaría por las noches. Menos mal que el aire acondicionado de las habitaciones no ha hecho pasar buenas noches de sueño, después de caminatas interminables visitando ciudades. El amplio balcón tiene vistas al aeropuerto y puedes ver los despegues de los aviones a simple vista. El ruido no es problema: tiene las ventanas insonorizadas. Fue uno de los puntos fuertes que me hizo decantarme por la propiedad de Nunzio: la cercanía al aeropuerto y a la Tangenciale Nord; el aeropuerto está a unos 15 minutos caminando, por lo que si no tienes contratado un coche de alquiler, te ahorras el costoso transporte desde el aeropuerto. Si llegas tarde, como fue nuestro caso, tienes una pizzería muy cerca que cierra a las 23:00. La comunicación con Nunzio ha sido muy efectiva. Cualquier pregunta te responde de inmediato. Una persona muy amable y verdaderamente te hace sentir como si estuviese en casa. Para lo cual hay que responder de igual manera: tratar las propiedades de otros como si fueran tuyas. Un último aviso: en Italia, en muchas ciudades hay que pagar la Imposta de Soggiorno con motivo del año Jubilar 2025/2026. Este impuesto es aparte del precio total del apartamento, que no os pille de sorpresa. Los propietarios de apartamentos turísticos, hoteles y campings tienen que abonarlo al ayuntamiento. Gracias Nunzio, amenazamos con volver.

De kinderen: het bad. De locatie is prima, met de bus ben je zo in het centrum. Het appartement heeft eigen parkeerplaatsen en een speeltuin naast het gebouw. Er is een balkon om te zitten en bv voor de was. Hoewel het appartement dicht bij her vliegveld ligt, was er geen geluidsoverlast.

Prachtig appartement met 2 grote badkamers. Heel schoon en netjes. Goede locatie, 5-10 minuutjes lopen naar de luchthaven en goede verbinding met de bus naar het centrum van Bologna. Restaurants en supermarkt vlakbij.

Cà Savoia, un soggiorno perfetto e sopra le aspettative

Appartamento in buonissima posizione ben collegato e perfetto anche per chi viene per la fiera di Bologna. Molto spazioso, pulito e con tutti i comfort. Il proprietario è una persona gentilissima e disponibile per ogni evenienza e bisogno, ci siamo sentiti a casa. È scontato dire che quando torneremo a Bologna sapremo cosa prenotare. Complimenti!

Trato del anfitrión, limpieza, el piso es muy grande, ubicación andando al aeropuerto de 10 minutos. Totalmente equipado. Estancia muy agradable. Anfitrión muy atento. Il nostro soggiorno è stato semplicemente perfetto. L’appartamento era impeccabile, esattamente come descritto, e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Ma, senza dubbio, la cosa migliore è stata la gentilezza dell’host, sempre attento e disponibile ad aiutarci con qualsiasi necessità. Senza esagerare, è stato il miglior anfitrione che abbiamo avuto in tutta la nostra vita! Ci siamo sentiti a casa fin dal primo momento. Senza dubbio, torneremo in futuro. Grazie di tutto!

Appartamento con due camere (+ divano letto) e due bagni dotato di tutte le comodità, pulito e in ottima posizione per raggiungere (in auto) l'aeroporto, l'ospedale e il centro città. Appartamento in ottima posizione tra la fiera di Bologna e l'aeroporto. Vicinissimo all'ingresso della tangenziale. Situato in zona tranquilla con parcheggio privato enorme. Stanze molto grandi ed accoglienti. Proprietari molto disponibili

È un pò freschino d'inverno ma non dipende dai proprietari in quanto il riscaldamento è centralizzato. Magari lasciare una stufetta o qualcosa di simile per i più freddolosi.

Ci è piaciuto le due stanze matrimoniali e i due bagni , essendo una famiglia con due ragazze adolescenti ci voleva proprio un bel appartamento !
